*Hailey's POV*

This afternoon, Lily, my whole world, finally woke up. I knew she would be able to tough it out and fight through the coma, but there was still the chance that she would never wake up... and i couldn't let that happen.

I had fallen asleep on Shawn's chest (we were sitting in two chairs beside Lily's bed) because i was so sleep deprived from barely getting rest, waiting for my princess to wake up. Then, i felt Shawn tap me on the shoulder multiple times whispering, "Hails, wake up!" Over and over again. My eyes finally fluttered open and the first thing i saw was my beautiful sister's face. I looked up at Shawn, who was smiling ear to ear, and blinked hard a few times before finally coming to terms with reality. Lily had finally woken up. I smiled as big as possible and jumped up to give her a big hug. I kissed her forehead and whispered "i love you so much Lily, i'm so happy i didn't lose you." Then she laughed and hugged me back. I called for the doctors, and they did a quick check-up. Apparently, she had to stay in the hospital for two more days before she could be released to make sure she was functioning correctly and all. I told Shawn i was staying, and that he could fly back home tonight if he wanted. He refused to leave without me. After the check-up, the doctor's and nurses left, saying to call if we needed anything.

I took this opportunity to introduce Lily to Shawn for the first time, since they'd see each other a lot from now on.

"Oh i forgot, Lily, this is Shawn Mendes. Shawn, this is my gorgeous little sister Lily." I smiled at them and Shawn shook Lily's hand.

"Hello, Lily. I've heard so much about you, and it's so nice to finally meet you." He smiled his irresistible smile and i couldn't help but stare at his face. That sounds weird, but imagine it. It's Shawn Mendes, ladies, why wouldn't you stare? Especially if he's literally in love with you, allegedly.

Lily giggled before responding. "You too. Sorry we have to meet for the first time at the hospital. It's still nice to meet you, though." She smiled wide and then turned to me. I grinned at Shawn before turning back to Lily and making eye contact.

"Where's Corinne, Sasha, and Ryan? Why didn't they come home, too?" Lily asked tilting her head and furrowing her eyebrows.

"They're back in Cali still. They couldn't come because i could only bring one person and we're still supposed to be on tour sort of." I answered still smiling.

"Oh. Right, how's tour going?!" Lily asked suddenly extremely intrigued. Shawn and i looked at each other and laughed.

"It's going pretty great. We're meeting so many fans, it's incredible." Shawn said.

"That's so cool that you guys have so many fans. I wish i had fans." Lily responded. She grinned softly and my expression sank.

"Lily, you do have fans. So many! When everyone found out that you were in a coma in the hospital, everyone was sending so much love and support. They all love you Lily." I sat beside her and smiled down at her shocked response.

"Really? I'm famous?!" She asked elated.

"Of course you are!" Shawn stepped in, grinning. Lily was very happy for a good amount of time before her head shot up at me and she immediately looked worried or concerned.

"Lily, what's wrong? Is everything okay?" I asked hesitantly.

"Yeah, yeah. Where's Connor?" She asked still worried.

"Oh my god, i totally forgot! Connor's back home with dad, but they're on their way now. He broke his arm in the accident, but he'll be okay." I reassured her before i got a phone call.
