Chapter Three

Bill, Tran and I were up around five in the morning to get ready for our guests. They arrived an hour early and I could already tell his would be one hell of a long trip. I was literally cracking up on the inside to how much that Gail chick complained. She had only got here literally a minute ago

" seriously Ive seen subway cars an yachts in better shape than this", she whined while glaring out at our home.

" yeah she may be ugly but she sure as hell puts out", Bill told her helping me carry the grocery bags on the boat to help me put them away.

I grabbed what me, Bill and Tran normally eat since they love my cooking! Bill an Tran were loading up the fuels when a red pick-up truck pulled up and two more guys got out.

" damn babe, How many of them are invading our home", I asked Bill shocked to see all those people an their equipment, but he shrugged and stood next to me with his arm around my shoulder eyeing every person boarding.

One of the guys started complaining to which I rolled my eyes at.

" hey babe", he whispered in my ears making me look up at him," I gave the two woman our room below, we can sleep up deck", Bill told me just as I tried to throw a cloth at him to which he dodged from it almost hitting his head.

" you missed baby girl", he said chuckling

" ill get you mister", I said watching him walk away with a smile on my face

It took us almost an hour an a half to be able to finally get on the river. Once we got to movin, I settled down an started to play with my crossword puzzle book, while I was doing that Bill was next to me at the table showing them the route he had planned on taking.

" This is where the exploratory team found the orchid, in the Selaton Bason. It took them three days to get up river," Jack, the Man whose name I learned!
I scoffed, did these people not know the meaning of rainy season !

" yeah , but that was before the rainy season, some of these waterways might be dangerous now", Bill started to say but was cut off by that Sam chick

"You said you'd get us there safely ", Sam said but that's when I shut my book and stood next to him getting tired of them bickering,
" And he will but safe isn't always quick", i said putting my hand on Bills back

" Exactly, now we'll work our way up on river, one bend at a time. If I don't like what I see we change course. You cant chart the fastest route before you begin", Bill told them putting an arm around my waist

" already have", the second complainer Cole cuts in. Then began to show how he mapped out the route on his computer then showed us the fastest route. I sighed and looked at Bill, who seemed amused by Coles eager of excitement.

" Alright, we got less than a week to get to that orchid. Now, if you can't get the job done, give us our money back and we'll get someone who can!", Mitchell said to Bill

" ill get you there", Bill said confidently as he held me against his side.

We were almost about an hour in and the rain had finally stopped and it was starting to get warm.
Everything went well, until Gail came out screaming about something attacking her in the room. I was about to check it out when Bill stopped me and went in himself.
