Chapter 16

Hmmm, was there any better way to wake up in the morning was Lex's first conscious  thought to himself as he felt Brace snuggled against his side absorbing his heat to keep warm since she wasn't wearing anything under the sheets. He couldn't believe he had fallen asleep on her last night, after a promise like the one she made to him "anything" he wanted, he feel asleep! Sighing and feeling a pressing need to use the bathroom he scooted out from under Brace's arm and made his way into the bathroom, deciding to shower and get cleaned up while in there to save time getting ready to be at the Rally for 9am.

Coming out of the washroom, he looked around for the room service cart, thinking he could eat some of his cold food while waiting for Brace to wake up. Brace, cracked her eyes open looking at him as she slowly came awake from the displaced source of heat that had been keeping her warm.

"What are you looking for?" Brace asked groggily

"The room service cart, did they take it already? I was going to eat some of my cold food from last night while I waited for you to get ready."

"Ummm, they might have come to get it, I put it outside last night."

As Lex turned to the door to go and check,

"But there isn't anything left for you to eat" came the embarrassed reply from behind him

"What?" he said turning around with a smile

"I was hungry, so I ended up eating your meal and mine" she said huffily, looking down and too the side avoid his eyes in embarrassment.

"Brace," He said coming to the bed, sitting down and lifting her chin so he could meet her eyes, "one of the things I like most about you is that you aren't a salad and water type chick!"

"Yeah no worries about that happening here" she said with a huge grin.

"Well since you ate everything, you better get up and get ready so we can hit the dining room before we head over to the rally."

Brace bounced across the bed, receiving a smack on her bare ass as she passed Lex, she gave him a wink over her shoulder on her way into the bathroom. She heard through the open door as she turns on the water,

"Don't think you have gotten out of the promise you made yesterday just because I crashed last night, you said "Anything I want" and I mean to collect on that!"

Brace shivered in the shower despite the hot water, hearing the promise in Lex's voice. Knowing they had slept  later than planned she showered quickly, taking some time with her appearance she dug out her leather halter top, buttons down the front that stopped just high enough to give a deep-V neckline and corseted back, tight blue jeans and her riding boots. She gave self the once over in the mirror after checking her make-up and putting her hair up in a messy ponytail, exited the bathroom to find Lex finishing checking his messages on the edge of the bed waiting for her. He frowned at the neckline of her top,

"Can't you find something that goes higher than that, or get a jacket to put on?"

"Don't be such a prude" Brace said coming towards him and putting her arms around his neck as he stood up, looking down on her.

"I'm not a prude, I just don't like others looking at what is mine!"

"Well they can look all they want, but there is only one person that gets to touch!" she said with a small smile, planting a light kiss on his lips. "Now can we go, I am starving!"

"Really, you are hungry again?" he said with chuckle

Brace narrowed her eyes at him as she opened the door to their room and entered the hall. Jake and Topaz were just starting down the hall themselves to the dining room, before heading over to the Rally so they all decided to eat together and head over. Breakfast was pretty quiet, although Brace took a large douse of ribbing from her brother and Lex after he told Jake about Brace eating both their meals last night.

Once they finished up, the climbed on to their bikes, heading over to the rally and finding their place in the line up, they stored their gear and heading out to explore and see what was going on for the day. They had races for those interested, tattoo artists, specialty bikes and customs on display for those viewing, then the seedier group of things, "clubs" that got together to talk shop, make deliveries out of the prying eyes of the public and alliance set up for the future. This is where Brace knew they were headed, this is where they were always at when coming to a rally, but on the way by the tattoo artist tents she made a motion to Topaz to indicate they would be coming back there later.

For the next couple of hours they played pool and chilled out in the make-shift club house with some of the the guys closest friends. Brace thought for the most part these rallies were actually quite boring but the fun happened tonight when they threw one big party for everyone and it didn't shut down til morning. As she was thinking that, she decided the boys hadn't paid enough attention to them that day, so making her way over to Topaz she said,

"Why don't we go and pick up an outfit for tonight to make the guys regret spending so much time not paying attention to us today."

"Sounds like a plan!" Topaz said with a smirk as the headed towards the guys to tell them they were going to go do some shopping for the afternoon.

They caught a cab to one of the local shops, and spent the afternoon chatting like back in high-school while trying on dresses guaranteed to make sure their men paid no attention to anything but them this evening. Brace came out of the dressing room and stood in front of one of the mirrors, knowing she had found the dress that would be perfect for tonight. It was a solid black dress that had a slightly rounded neckline, actually quite modest from the front, although stopping mid-thigh, the dress in the back was held together with a dainty section of the same material from shoulder to shoulder while the back fell away into a cowl style stopping just above the rise of her ass cheeks, but close enough you would be able to see the swell of them easily enough. One of her finer assets that Lex liked so much she thought with a smile knowing the dress would drive him nuts.

At the sound of one of the other changing room door being opened she turned to see Topaz come out looking stunning in a gorgeous emerald green fitted halter dress, with a plunging V-neckline accented with a jeweled waist that also stopped mid-thigh. Both Brace and Topaz looked at each other grinning... found the dress coming from both their mouths at the same time. After that it was easy to find the right shoes and make appointments in their hotel to have their hair done up before the party, it was going to be a go big or go home kind of night and the girls felt like treating themselves.

Returning to the rally until their hair appointment, Brace stopped at the tattoo tent, deciding to get one after seeing a intricate Celtic cross, she also had it personalized with an intricate scroll of words that should the time ever be right she would reveal what it was to Lex. Deciding she didn't want to reveal the tattoo too soon she opted to have it done on the top part of her ass cheek, so unless fully undressed you would only see the tip of the top of it. It took two hours to complete the piece which left them only a little time to catch up with the guys before heading to their hair appointments.

Walking back into the bar where the guys were they quickly made their way over to them. Brace planted a quick kiss on Lex's cheek, sliding her hand around the back of him as she had noticed a couple of the groupies trying to get a little closer than they should have been. The conversation was still centered on their bikes, parts, engines, improvements, etc. so Brace didn't feel at all guilty giving Lex another quick kiss and telling him she was heading out to get ready for the night. The men rarely changed, they were in their leather gear and dress like always to ride but the women had fun getting dressed up to draw their attention from the things that had kept them chatting all day, bikes.
