"Come on!" Ted said pleading me with his Hazel eyes.
"I've never played without you in my lap, how's it going to work?" I asked him as we were in my room, about a couple weeks later.
"I'll have you sit in my lap?" He asks.
I sigh. "Fine, I've been wanting to play anyway."
Ted throws his arms in the air in success. He then picks me up out of no where and puts me on his lap once he sat down on the bench.
It was uncomfortable. I glared at the keys. Then sighed. "Your to tall, making me to tall, so how bout you sit where I can sort of see you." I told him as we got up.
"Right, that might work to." He said.
I smiled as I sat down, and watched as he sat down, looking like an excited puppy.
I put my hands in the keys, running them along them as I felt they're smoothness. I smiled and began to play, Ted in my vision and knowing he was there, it made it feel nice to play. I never really knew why I liked to have him in my lap as I played, maybe cause I felt like he wouldn't be like every other person around me that complimented my playing and never giving me what I really wanted. For them to feel what I felt throw my songs, they always just complimented on the fact I was good.
I played, with my heart, I layed it out there, and showed that I felt happy, everything was nice right now, and I hoped it never got bad.
It stopped nicely and smoothly. I looked up at Ted and he was looking at me with this type of smile that made my heart melt. I smile back. "What did you think?" I asked.
"I thought it was amazing, it made me feel happy, like you were happy and it came onto me like blow from a train." Ted said starry eyed.
I smiled. "Thanks."
Ted smiled, and went to say something when my phone rang from inside my pocket.
I quickly answered. "Hello?"
"Hey little one, how are you?" Ivan's voice asked me through the phone.
I smiled largely. "Ivan!!" I yelled happily. Ted just smiled and let me talk to my older brother.
"Yup, the one and only, how are you?" He asks again, I could hear the smile in his voice, that and what I think was an engine. He was probably in his car RV thing.
"I'm good, just playing the piano with Ted." I said happily.
"You still play with the Teddy?" He asks.
I pause, we haven't told everyone that Ted, was the Ted they thought was lost, but meh. "No, my boyfriend, ironically having the same name."
"What!?!" He yelled and it made me move my phone away from my ear then back.
"Yeah, he's actually right here in my room, he's been teaching me some things and helping me with other stuff." I explained.
"He's what?! What is he teaching you?! There's no toys involved is there?! If there is ima kick some ass, my little brother is to innocent for such things!!" He yells, again.
"What? Toys? You mean like stuffed animals?" I asked confused. "He's been helping me with my homework since he's smarter then me."
I hear him sigh in relief. "Okay, that's okay." He said.
"Anyway, how are you?" I asked.
"I'm fine, just one more show here in a week and I'm off to visit home for couple months. That and I'm getting frustrated at Steven." He said, sounding like it to.
