Teddy Bear (Being Rewritten)

A bit of trouble.

I stared at them shocked. I didn't think he'd ever talk to me, or be home this week at all, and I didn't expect my sister Irrene to be with him.

"We're making pizza is all." I said as I got up from under Ted, him helping along the way.

"Making a mess in the kitchen, is how you make pizza?" My father asks glaring at Ted who helped me up.

"Sorry Sir, we got caught up in some harmless fun, we'll clean it up right away." Emma squeaked.

Irrene smiled. "Well, count me in!" She says as she walks in, setting her stuff with ours.

I smiled. "Long time no see nerd." I said smiling.

"Dork." She replied back.

My father sighed. "Who are these people Jade?"

I gulped, Ted wrapped an arm around me in reassurance. "Well, Lola Black here is my Art partner, best friend and Emma's girlfriend. Emmaline Adam's is my other best friend and Lola's girlfriend." I paused then sighed, since he's listening now, I guess now is better then never. "This is Ted Prince, my boyfriend."

Irrene gasped as she looked at the tall teen beside me. "You what!?!?" She yelled.

Dad just had his eyes wide, "Your gay?"

"Dad, I told you, 3 years ago!!" I yelled, yes I was getting upset, I'm done with this bullshit of him not paying any attention to me.

"What, where?" He asks looking very confused.

"At the winter Gala!" I said exasperated.

Ted wrapped his arms around me cautiously, and pecked my forehead. "Calm down." Was all he said, and like magic I calmed down some.

Irrene smiled. "Wow, he's a keeper."

Lola and Emma laugh. "You should see all the gooey shit they do together, they're the perfect could and everyone knows it when they just smile at each other." Lola says eyes lit up in the memories.

Dad just stood there not understanding, by being confused. "How long have you guys been together?"

"About four months I think." I said trying remember correctly.

"Yeah, that's about how long." Ted reassured me.

"Almost 5!" Emma said, of course she would know, that and she's been dating Lola for about the same time.

"I can't believe it....." Was all my dad said before he turned and walked out.

"Dad! Wait!" Irrene tried to get him.

"It's fine Irrene, I rather he not pay attention, it hurts when he does, cause always to scold me or something." I said lowly, then the oven beeped and we switched out the pizzas.

"I'm sorry Jade." Emma said giving me a hug.

"It's fine, I'm used to it. Now we should probably clean up." I said with a nervous laugh.

They all agree and we start cleaning.

It was quiet. I didn't like it.

"Okay, it's to quiet, will someone please put some jams on?" I ask with frustration.

"God yes!" Lola said as she got her portable speaker and Bluetoothed her phone to it, and soon we had music!!

We were all jamming out, laughing and having fun, my dad not coming to me to make me go to my room like he would usually like me to be in.

Irrene even helped and was having fun even if she's an adult now. She was never mature in the first place.

Soon all the pizzas we made were done and we were setting the table when my dad came back in, right when Lola paused it ironically.
