The light seeps through the lids of my eyes partially waking me and I turn and bury my head in the pillow as an aim to block the light from entering my eyes. As I was about to fall back to my sweet slumber, the alarm clock went off and I groan and slap the bed multiple times in anger of not wanting to wake up.
I got up nonetheless and huff out an aggravated breath as I slam my hand down on the stop button of the alarm clock disabling it. I stood up and zombied my way to the bathroom. When I went to look in the mirror, to my surprise I didn't look bad for a tired person just waking up from her slumber.
I stripped myself naked and stood in the middle of the bathroom for a few minutes before I went under the shower. After showering, I put on my red fenty puma, some ripped jeans, a white off-the-shoulder top and tied a red plaid jacket around my waist.

I took up my back pack and hopped downstairs seeing breakfast already on the table and Drae devouring it like it's his job. I then looked over to the sink and saw my aunt doing something over there.
"Good morning" I said as I began to sit around the table and when my aunt heard my voice she quickly spun around on her heel and her face lit up with joy and happiness.
"Oh Libra honey! You don't know how happy I am to see you! Oh I'm so glad you're okay" she said giving me a side hug as she squishes our cheeks together.
"I'm happy to see you too" I smiled and hugged her back "when did you get here?" I asked pouring out some froot loops in my bowl filled with milk.
"Last night when you were both sound asleep" she said and went back to do what she was doing.
"Can you believe it?" I hear Drae say and I turn my attention to him "she said when she arrived she came in both our rooms to check on us, and I literally heard nothing" Drae laughed.
"Really? I heard nothing either" I said with my mouth full of my favorite cereal.
"You two are very sound sleepers, like literally there could be a fire at your feet and you feel nothing" she laughed and I just smiled and shook my head. After a few minutes of just sitting there in peace and quiet as I enjoy my froot loops, I hear my aunt speak "anyway, you guys need to get going it's getting pretty late and I don't want you guys to be late for school, so scurry off you two" she said picking up the cereal bowls. I went to plant a quick kiss on her cheek causing her to smile.
"I love you!" I said and turned to walk away.
"I love you more".
"Bye aunt Caitlyn, don't burn the house down while we're gone!" Drae hollered.
"Never have, never will!" she hollered back and I could hear the laugh in her voice.
I went to the car and went into the passenger's seat when Drae unlocked it with his key. I sat there and waited for him to enter into his driver's seat and when he finally did he turned to me with a concerned look on his face "are you sure you're good enough to go to school today?" he asked.
