Chapter 9 ~Help~

Gabe's POV

I slowly woke up inside the car. Kate and Derek were still in the back. Kate was asleep gently cuddling Derek. The car was still moving. Meaning one thing, Clem didn't get any sleep. I look over and see Clem still driving. Her golden-auburn eyes filled with tiredness; yet she didn't stop. "Clem....?", I say. "Oh. Morning dork" Clem said and tiredly smiled. "Let me drive" I say. "No Gabe. You don't--", "Clementine, please let me drive. I know your tired" I say. Clem sighed and reluctantly stopped the car. Me and her switched and I was now driving.

Clem's POV

I sighed and reluctantly stopped the car. I really didn't want Gabe driving. I just wanted him to rest, especially with what's going on. Me and Gabe switched seats. I got in the passenger seat and immediately fell asleep.

A Few Hours Later....

Clem's POV

I woke up to the car coming to a stop. I looked out the window and saw gates. Really big gates. "There's no way we made it to Timber Avenue already" I say. Gabe shook his head, "Nope. But I found this place and stopped to see if they could help". I nodded and got out. Kate got out while holding Derek. The others got out and AJ held Lee's hand. We all walked to the gates. Tripp was carrying Javi. "Who the hell are you guys and what do you want?" one guy asked. "We need help. My....my uncle, he was shot. Please help us" Gabe said. The guy sighed and opened the gate. ~Friendly....~. We all slowly walked in the gates. Tripp went with someone to get help for Javi. The rest of us looked around the place. Some girl walked up to them. "Hello. You must all be the newcomers" she said. We all nodded and introduced ourselves to her. "My name is Eleana. Welcome to Hampton Avenue" Eleana said. We nodded. "You guys are welcome to stay here until your friend heals" She said. "Thank you" Kate said. She nodded and showed us where we could stay. We all got pretty comfortable. I went into mine and Gabe's room and cuddled with him and fell asleep...

Sorry the end was kinda rushed! I wanted to get this out before it got too late. Like I said, I now have a schedule so maybe that will actually get my lazy ass to do some work! That's all!!
