Chapter 1

Scarlet's Point of view

Today is the day, that I'm going to Korea to stay with my dad and my half siblings.

I'm Scarlet Park, half Korean half American, I live alone on my own here in New York, my mom is an American, she is living with my step dad and my half siblings, she owns two biggest companies here in New York and in South Korea and I am the heir of my mom's company, my dad is a Korean, he is living in Korea with his family, I only get to see him once a year or during my birthday, my dad wants me to try to live in Korea, that's why I'm going to Korea today because my dad and my mom had a deal that they will let me live in the same country as my dad, my dad also wants me to meet my older half siblings, he said that the other one is famous and the other is a newscaster.

I don't know how they are going to treat me when I get there but, I hope that my life in there won't be lonely like here in New York.

My driver is driving me to the airport.  "Are you going to be alright in Korea?" He ask, I'm close to my driver and my maids in my house.

"I don't know" I Sigh "there is no turning back, they made me go, I don't know how will my Korean half siblings will treat me when I get there."

"Let's hope they will treat you better and welcome you" he is always there to cheer me up "we are here" I look out on the window and I'm the airport already.

He took out all of my luggages and put it in a cart "I hope you will have a safe flight and I hope you will have fun in there and have many Korean friends" he laughed.

"For sure I won't have any, I don't know there language" I joined him laugh "drive safe on the way back Mr. Davidson".

"Have fun" he smiled and I just smiled back, I went in into the check-in area to check-in all my luggage.  I wonder how will I live in Korea, specially when I don't understand their language.

I just went to sleep.

Hours have passed and I have arrived in Korea, took all of my luggage and find dad, I saw him waving at me.

"Hey dad, I missed you" we gave each other's a warm hug.

"Missed you too" he smiled at me and we went to his car.

My dad took me to his and his family home, I didn't know that he will prepare a welcome party, when we came inside the house, I saw a lot of boys or maybe 10 or 11 guys, then a woman came to us, I assume this is dad's wife.

"Scarlet this is my wife Lee Young Mi, my dear wife this is Scarlet" dad introduce me to his wife, indeed she is pretty, but I still keep on wondering how to greet Koreans in a nice way.

"Dad, how do I greet Koreans nicely" I whispered to him.

"You say 'An-nyeong-ha-se-yo Scarlet Ib-ni-da' (hello, I am Scarlet) then you bow 90 degrees" he explain to me.

"An-nyeong-ha-se-yo Scarlet Ib-ni-d" I just repeated what dad said, I bowed 90 degrees and gave her a warm smile, first time of being a Korean HAHAHA, I think I'm just a rejected Korean.

"Come let's eat, I know you are really hungry" Young Mi said to me and everyone went to the dinning table, I sat next to her and a guy sat across me with a girl beside him, the girl is pretty.

"Mrs. Young Mi, why there are a lot of guys in here?" I asked her, just wondering.

"Everyone, I want to introduce you Chanyeol's half sister from America, she is half American half Korean, Park Scarlet" dad spoke, I stood up and bowed to everyone "Scarlet this is your older sister Yoora" pointed to the pretty girl "and this is Chanyeol, he is also your older brother." I look at them and they seems like they don't like me or treat me well or they hate me, I just stayed quiet on my sit while the guys introduced theirselves, they said they are famous, and they are singers and I found them friendly.
