What now?

The final exam is finally over, Andrew and Lily worked their butts off for it and now its over! No more late sleeping or procrastinating. But after all the 'usual stuff' they would do together is now un-needed. They are left with an empty thought on what to do next.

"So, what now? I mean, we already completed all our projects and assignments, finished studying. What do we do next?" Asked Andrew

"Do i look like a mind map to you that shows you 'here's next' with an arrow?"

Basically, both of them usually occupy each other's schedule by doing homeworks, studying together and doing beneficial stuff together. When all that is done, they are left hanging.

"We CELEBRATEEE" shouted Lily's sister, Ambessy.

She was holding a mineral bottle with two cups since Lily and Andrew both cant drink yet.

"WHAT?!" Both shouted Andrew and Lily to Ambessy.

Lily may seem a punk to you but she is SUCH A NERD on the inside. Literally, loud musics playing and books everywhere.

She always make it to the top in her class.

Sort of the same thing too with Andrew.

"At least you guys can't pass out or get drunk with mineral water" Ambessy said, comforting her little sister to celebrate.

"Sure! Lets celebrate then!" Shouted Andrew with excitement

"Ugh, why do even know you guys"

While Lily was at the couch watching 'The flash season 3' , Andrew came and sat next to her with two tea cups.

"here's one for you, your favourite tea" Said Andrew.

"Thanks. By the way, who the hell watches flash? At season one it was such a good show, because there is only ONE flash, now in season 3, There's 2 goddam "flash-es" Like 2 flash male and one female, Or three if you count reverse flash. Like the more season it gets, The more boring it is. Because there's nothing special about the flash anymore. What's the point of having one person but duplicated?"

Lily continues with her rant about the flash. While Andrew was dealing with that, he held himself for so long to say this to her.

"Since final exams are over, Ambessy said we should celebrate..So you know prom's coming right?"

"Oh you have a date already?" Lily cut Andrew's sentence

"What,No! I was wondering if..you would like to go to prom with me"

"Sure, but don't expect me to be all girly"

Lily was actually panicking on the inside, like, who the hell asks you to prom while you're watching the flash? Actually while the flash was KISSING?!

'perfectt timing Andrew' Said Lily to herself on the inside.

---Lily's POV---

Great, i mean, i know this guy for over the year actually. Well not quite a year yet, but for a good 8 months. It's only prom, nothing to worry about! But, i actually do have to look good, so i could impress him and make him fall for me..

Wait WHAt? LILYYY!!! you are his date, wait no, not date, you are his friend that is accompanying him to go to prom! Not more than that LILLY!!

You don't want to get yourself tangled up in wrong hopes, do you?

You don't want the things happened between you and Adam happen again now do you?

In early sophomore years, Lily had a boyfriend named Adam. The casual hot football team player, I know, I know you are thinking "WTF HAPPENED?!" "clearly he sounds hot! Why isn't Lily with him anymore?"

Things were as sweet as fairytales could go, with surprises and stuff. But Lily wasn't herself. She never was when she is with him. She always felt trapped in her own skin. When she is with him she has this 'image' to catch up with.

The hot-looking girlfriend and has to be around Adam 24/7.

It was prom, and Lily was prepared to be nominated as the queen of prom alongside Adam, the soon-to-be king of prom. As she was walking to take a food, she saw Adam and Macey kissing each other and holding each other tightly. Heartbroken and terrified, she ran away from prom and soaked herself in her own tears.

Since that day, she built walls so that people can't see her inner broken side. She changed her image to the bitter girl in class, she changed her looks and fully-self. Adam never apologised and felt regretful.

From that on, she never believed about love.
