Harry's Pov
Where is she? He thought as he paced up and down the deck. He herd Uma and Ben talking about Mal and caught small parts of there conversation. "She's not my girlfriend" Ben said almost sad. Harry snorted, he wasn't surprised that Mal had dropped pretty boy like a hot potato. "I get that you don't deserve this but don't you think that this is a little extreme?" The entire crew burst out in gales of laughter. Uma silenced them with a glare but she to looked more than a little amused.
"This island is a prison for villans and all the other poor unfortunate souls that live here. Thanks to your father." Uma snapped. "We're not our parents." Ben said in an effort to reason with her " No we're not." Uma reapplied just as prickly " Take you 'not my girlfriend' she's rotten to the core and there's nothing that can change that. You say that we're not our parents? I agree with that. We're worse. I hate Mal but even I know that she's not to be messed with unless you have some serious leverage on your side." "Why are you so interested in Mal?" Ben said almost annoyed "Did she have some sort of big role on the island or something?" Harry gaped at him. The rest of the crew wasn't much better.
"Mal was queen on this island. I hated her and I knew that it was true." "What about Malifacent?" Ben asked "Malifacent thought she was queen. But what kind of ruler ignores their subjects? What kind of queen lets the children of the most hated villains get abused? Go to bed every night starving? And thanks to the barrier no one can die. What kind ruler is that?" Ben looked incrediblely guilty as Uma ranted "Mal actually did the dirty work. Mal actually made shure that we ate. That we slept. That we were able to live! She might not have been able to do it all the time but she tried and she fought to. So she earned her title. And even I know it. And I hate her!" Uma was almost yelling at this point while Ben seemed more than a bit uncomfortable. "Wait. You thought that this was about you?" U a said in astonishment Harry looked at the king speechless. He thought it was about him? How thick could ya get? Even after Uma ranted about Mal the boy thought that it was about him? Talk about selfish.
"Their're he-re" Gil called from the mast. We all whipped around to see the daughter of Malifacent standing on the deck of the ship. Jay, Carlos, Evie and some other girl in an Auradon uniform fanned out behind her.
"Uma's right about one thing Ben. I am Queen."
