We're trapped with these monsters and i don't think they will lower the barrier until it's dead. So we had no choice but to fight til we die and I'm not dying CUASE I WANT TO KNOW WHY SHE'D DO THAT. We become less and less but I'm not giving up that easy. It felt like days have passed by fighting them. Suddenly, they freeze and reform as a big blob of darkness. I keep shooting it, searching for a weak spot. My gun did some damage but no t severe. It's just standing or sitting there, doing nothing and then it dissolves in the soil.
After few minutes, they lowered the wall. From thousands of soldiers to hundreds that are badly hurt. Paramedics were everywhere, helping anyone who needed it. We got a week off yay. I've planned to spend that week laying around my house or idk.
The next day, I got bored and decided to walk around the park. I'm not the type of person who likes to be outdoors, I got that from my mom. She hated going outside for some reason. I didn't question it. I wonder where she is. I see kids running around, chasing each other while their parents watched from afar. What a horrible view, I hate kids.
I continued to walk. People with their own stories pass me. I see family n friends hanging out while I'm here alone. I won't lie, I am lonely. I miss my mom, I miss the time we spent together. I snap back to reality when I feel the ground shake. It gets stronger every minute. I fell on the ground, grabbing the concrete . I can't move. Large cracks begin to form. Everyone is scared. Parents holding their kids to keep them safe. I have to do something, I tried getting up but I couldn't and then it stopped. The "shadow" appeared, attacking everything that was in its way. Luckily I had my gun on me. I attacked every shadow I saw but my bullets weren't enough to eliminate them all. So I helped whoever remained alive by the attach to get somewhere safe and far from them. Some of them were injured but it wasn't that bad.
"Where the hell is the army?" I thought.
They destroyed half of the park. They were getting near where I was but then they freeze and evaporate to thin air. I'm very much confused. What was their purpose for attacking a crowded park?. The army just showed up. Some people were mad that they didn't show up sooner.
"We deeply apologize for the delay but the park wasn't the only area that was attacked " one of the soldiers say.
A week passed by and they attacked the powerless kingdom. Destroying 75% of it. Another week passed by attacking another kingdom. The world was almost gone. But what scared us the most, how it began covering the sky.
