Chapter 12

-Next morning-Harry-

I woke up to the smell of food and my arms empty. I shot up. Looking around for Avi, hoping that she really came with me for the summer, hoping that all of it wasn't a dream. I noticed two trunks in the corner. Hedwig looked at me . Then the door opened and in came Avi with two plates of breakfast. "How did you get that" I asked confused. "Oh Petunia gave them to me" She said sitting them on the side table and before sitting beside me. I immediately pulled her on my lap. I took in the scent of her silky pink hair. I loved having her in my arms, all my worries went away with her presence. She started giggling. I kissed her all over her face, I love hearing her giggle. I stopped and we started into each others eyes. My eyes travled from her eyes to her lips. I lean in and kissed her. I felt her smile into the kiss and kiss me back. It was like bombs going off. We both broke apart panting from the kiss. I leaned my forehead on hers. "We should eat before the food get cold" She smiled. I nodded and gave her another quick peck on her bruised lips. I grabbed the plates and sat them in front of us.

We ate in a comfortable silence, Hedwig flew over to us and perched herself on my shoulder. Avi grabbed a mint owl treat from the side and gave it to her. She shook happily and ate the treat. I laughed and patted her head. I smiled as Avi smiled.

-Timeskip, Avivi-

"Harry Hurry" I said giggling, from the bottom of the stairs Today we were going to the park and check out stuff. "Im coming Love" He said coming down the stairs with a amused look on his face "Where are you going" Dudley asked glaring at Harry. I frowned at the fat boy. "None of your business" Harry snapped. I kissed his cheek. "Lets go" I said softly. I grabbed his hand and lead him to the door. We left the house. "I hate living with them" He said. "I wish I could so something to change that" I said. His home life is terrible, I hurts me to see them treat him like this.

He noticed me thinking. He kissed my forehead tenderly. "Its Ok Ill live if You're here with me" He said wrapping his arms around my waist. I blushed and he laughed. We made our way to the park. I smiled as I saw a few people around. "Race you to the swings" I said and ran. "Oh no you don't" He said from behind me. I sat on the swing and chanted 'I won'. "You run too fast" He panted. I giggled. "Push me" I giggled. He got behind me and pushed me. I began to swing. I laughed slightly as I went higher.

As we were having fun, I noticed
a group of boys with Dudley. I slowed down and looked at them. They were heading towards us. Harry saw and groaned in annoyance. "Ignore them" He said. I nodded. We continued to swing. "Hey Cutie, why dont you ditch him and hang with us" One boy said. "No thank you and I will never leave my boyfriend alone" I said holding Harry's hand. "Oh come one we won't bite" Suddenly he grabbed my wrist. He held it tightly, almost crushing my wrist. "Let me go" I said tugging my hand. Harry pucnhed ine boy in the face angrily. let go of Harry's hand. I secretly close my fist and yanked it to the side unnoticeably. The boys were sent flying. Harry grinned at me, then frown when he noticed me rubbing my wrist. I noticed a bruise already forming. He gently took my wrist. "Im sorry for not protecting you" He said. I gave him a shy kiss. He smiled. "We need to my house and get ice" He said putting his hand on the small of my back and pushing me gently. "First" I said.

He looked down at me questionably. "Ice cream" I giggled, gesturing to ice cream parlour across the street. He chuckled and held my other hand as we walked to the parlour.
