Chapter Five

All of the kids gathered in the medical room as Soyee gets examined by a doctor.

Hongbin looks at Mimi. "So what exactly is going on?"

Mimi takes a deep breath and sighs. "Well for starters, we're not from your world."

All the guys except Hyuk looked at each other before they started to laugh.

"Guys.." Hyuk muttered. "They're mermaids.".

Ravi scoffed. "Mermaids? Don't be ridiculous. You actually believed that?"

Sally tosses a star at Ravi. "Hey , it is true!"

Mimi watches a waitress holding a tray of glasses passes by and steals one before tossing it on Nayoung.

Nayoung screams. "What was that for?!"

The boys watches her transformation amazed as they see a long blue fishtail grew from underneath her dress. Her legs morphed into this humanoid like feature. Ken lets out a sharp cry as him and a few of the other guys backed away.

"Th-they're not lying- But how..." Ken asks, confused.

"It was Hana's birthday wish." Haebin began. "She wanted to be just like you guys and she also wanted to meet you after she found a picture of you." She pointed at N.

N looks down. "That picture with my ex..."

"And to be honest, we all started getting used to here and we would love to stay but it wouldn't be the same without her." Mimi pouts.

"So?" Hyuk stands up. "What do you think we should do?"

Mimi sighs, thinking. "I don't know... Humans can't survive without oxygen under water can they."

The guys shook their heads no.

Before they could say any other suggestions. " Oh wait wait, there's underwater suits in the storage room closet."

They guys awed in agreement.

"Great." Ken cheered. "We can get those and be on our way."

Hyeyeon gave them a thumbs up and looked at Soyee who was lying down on the nurse bed with a concerned Leo watching over her from the side. "We'll have to leave her here for our safety."

"Safety?" Sejeong asked, looking the same direction as Hyeyeon. 

"Yeah, remember? We're fish bounties now. They'll feed us to the sharks if we don't come in with a fight."

Sejeong sighs. "You're right..."

"She turns to the guys who were already walking back into the Medical room with their underwater suits and helmets. "You guys should bring weapons too. For you..and us girls."

Back at the Kingdom, Hana is miserable. There were already a new set of house ladies that replaced all her old friends who were back at the ship. Compared to them, these girls were much older like Grandma-age and boring.

She sulks in frustration as they get her ready for her 'Big Wedding.' Her father made it cleared that as soon as they get back, she was getting married to the Prince so there would be no time wasted in connecting the two Kingdoms finally.

It was like what she wanted didn't matter anymore all over again. now she's stuck with the same routines and eve worst, she was going to marry someone she despised greatly. That being said, she was all finished up and called downstairs by the Swordfish. The Swordfish's job in her Kingdom was to announce things at important events.
