Five

I woke up earlier than usual and was on a run to clear my head, I used to run back in Toronto. I woke up before the boys and the sun was only just coming up when I left. I left the teddy bear on the bed with a little note saying thank you.

I jogged towards a cafe which had just opened and walked in puffing. I sit on a table, I had kept the Why Don't We jersey on but placed ripped jeans on as well. Because I didn't have my clothes.

I pulled my phone out and it was on 40% because I didn't charge it last night. A message popped up from Kelsey telling me to watch Clever News rumour patrol immediately.

A girl came over to me smiling, "Hi what would you like?"

I look up at her and then behind her to see what was on the menu. "I will just have a Strawberry Frapachinno and a cheese toastie." I smile back.

She writes it down and looks down to my jersey, "Is it true? You and Daniel."

I raise an eyebrow and look down at my jersey than at her. "You know who I am? And what is?"

"Of course I do Noah. And everyone is saying you and Daniel date." She chirps.

I laugh, "Sorry but me and Dani are just friends."

"You called him Dani." She winks before walking away ever so cheekily.

I look down at my phone and click the link Kels sent. It popped up and I turned my volume down a bit.

The title read, 'Is Noah already moving on from ex Arthur Ranley?'

I roll my eyes as it starts playing, "Has youtube star, Noah Faith already moved on from Arthur Ranley with Daniel Seavey star of Why Don't We?"

"All coming up on rumour patrol." The intro starts and I lean back while watching the rest of the video.

I broke up with Arthur a day ago and this is what happens? "I don't blame her, he sounded like a dick. Not to mention Daniel is adorable we all have to admit that." Joslyn says.

"So what are we saying? This rumour is false. Noah is a sweet girl and would not move on that fast." Drew says.

I sigh of relief as the girl comes over with my food and drink. I smile as she walks away.

I start to slurp down my drink and post a selfie on my snapchat with the caption, 'Morning Runs, I missed you.'

A snapchat pops up from Daniel and I open it up to see him with the doggy filter on and the teddy bear captioned, 'He misses you.'

I laugh and send one back with the teddy bear filter, 'I miss him more.'

I feel someone sit opposite me. I look up and see Kelsey sitting there taking a bite of my toastie. She smiles after looking at my jersey.

"So it's true." She smirks.

I roll my eyes and lock my phone, "No."

"Oh come on, Arthur was a dick." She states. I pick my food up and bite down on the hot toastie.

"Doesn't mean I didn't love the dude. It has been a day Kels leave it." I snap. She puts her hands back in surrender and my phone vibrates.

I pick it up to see Arthur's contact come up, 'I miss you.'

"He misses me..." I say.

Kelsey rolls her eyes and steals my phone. "Kels no. Let me just talk to him."

"Bull shit, Noah. You will text him back and say something stupid like I miss you too and you both will get back together again and you think it will go back to normal but nope." She announces.

"Then what do I do?" I ask. She puts my phone in the middle of the table, unlocks it and goes to his contact.

She types a message and I approve. 'Arthur, I can't deal with this anymore and I need time to breathe.'

'I guess I will see you around Toronto.' He replies. We don't reply and a snapchat pops up from Daniel.

"I know what you are going to do today," She smirks.

"Me too," I smile. I knew we both had different ideas.

"I am going back home," I say.

"Hold up what? No, we have been in LA for nearly two weeks. Can we at least be teenagers for a bit? I heard that there is a party tonight and I am keen." She explains. I look down at my phone and then up at Kelsey with puppy eyes. I guess going to a party wouldn't be harmful.

"Fine. But I am going home next week." I say. She squeals before I slurp down the last bit of my frappuccino.

I walked into the party in my grey crop top with an alien on the corner and my ripped jeans with my hair down and black boots. The music was blasting with average music.

Kelsey ran off to get some alcohol, I look over and see Jack leaning on the wall. I smile and walk towards him.

"Cute jacket," I say as I approach him.

He looks up and smiles, "Cute top."

Kelsey walks over with Zach and passes me a drink in a red cup. "Where is Daniel?" I ask.

Jack laughs and him, Zach and Kelsey exchange looks, "Man you two can't last a day without seeing one another."

"I was just asking Jack. I can't go a day without seeing you either." I say. I squeeze his cheeks.

"He is outside with Jonah and Corbyn." He says rubbing his cheek. I nod and walk outside, the sliding door was already open.

I see Daniel's back to me and Corbyn's blonde hair sticking out. I walk up to them and tap Daniel on the back. "Where is he?" I ask as he spins around.

"Who?" He asks.

"Teddy." I laugh.

He rolls his eyes and laughs. "Pretty sure he is drunk."

I laugh before seeing a girl next to Corbyn. A rush of jealousy came over me and I zoned out. Why was I jealous Daniel was talking to a girl?

"Daniel I mainly came tonight to tell you I am going home next week and I probably will be busy the week so I guess this is bye," I explain.

Daniel grabs me by the hand and pulls me to the side, "Why?"

"I just feel like I need to go home." I smile. He, on the other hand, was not smiling.

"It was nice to meet you. I am sure we will hang out this week." He states.

"Okay, Dani but promise me one thing," I ask.

"You sound like you're dead or something Noah." He claims.

"Just make sure you don't get rid of Teddy." I laugh and he joins.

Home sweet home, I am coming.
