3rd POV
Today is going to be the 57th expedition, today is the first day that Corporal (y/n) will be leading her squad. Even though she has made her squad train nonstop, she felt something will go off wrong.
Your POV
"Cadet Ackerman, Church, and Magnolia. Come over here." You call their names and told them to meet you outside. After for a little while, the trio came into view as you were standing under the same tree when you got to know each other.
"What's wrong, (y/n)?" Asked Isabel.
"Tell me the truth, what are you planing?"
"N-nothing." Farlan stuttered.
"You stutter when you lie. I'm not that's stupid. Now spill it." You say to Farlan looking him straight in the eye.
"Alright. It's about-" Farlan started to say until someone cut him off him. That somebody was no other than, Levi.
"They're scared to go. They think that they won't return."
"Is this true?"
"Yes it is."
I soften my glare and put my hand on his shoulder. "Listen Farlan, you'll make it back. You know why?"
"Why?"
"Cause I'll be there every step of the way. Just don't stress yourself too much." I pat him again and headed off to my office/room. I left them there.
Levi POV
"Man. Do we really have to this, Levi?" Farlan asked.
"Yes, remember what he told us. Now stick to it." I answered.
"But bro what if we get caught by (y/n)?" Isabel asked.
"Just say that I went to go inform Erwin something important."
"Fine. I hope it goes fine." Isabel said.
'I don't feel nothing. I don't get what these two brats see in her. Sure she cares for us but I know she has a wall around that stone heart of hers. But we all know that deep down she actually treats us like her family. She has such soft beautiful hair and those eyes, so intoxicating, so- WAIT THE FUCK AM I SUDDENLY THINKING ABOUT HER? CONE ON LEVI GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.' I thought as I go back to the dorm to pack our belongings for the expedition. Farlan and Isabel follow behind.
~ 2000 Years Later; JK ~
"Let the 57th expedition begin!!!Forward!!!" Erwin yelled. We all ride off, once we were outside the gates sun rays hit others faces. The trio looked up admiring the clear blue sky. Not even 10 minutes we see three 15 meter titans who seem to be abnormals right on our tails. "Farlan and Isabel take the one to your left. Levi to your right I'll get the one from behind. Go!" Everyone one of us shot our hooks to the nearest tree or the titan. The trio had trees so they should be fine but on the other hand I had no trees out in the fields 'Aw shit. Let's just get over with.' I jump to the titan's arm and go up to its nape. Within under 20 seconds I have killed the titan. Man was that not easy with no trees. We all returned to our horses still in one piece. "I see that no one got hurt. Great job."
We continue on riding around Titan Territory, I felt something is really off. First, the weather was fine until it started to rain. Secondly, we haven't seen a titan in a while now. "Levi. Go inform Erwin that if we should stick into formation or change. Got it?"
"Yes." He then left where Erwin was.
Levi POV
'Now is my chance to get to him.' I thought riding through the fog with my hood from the cape covering my face. It's been a while now where could he be. That's when I saw it. Soldiers were dead laying on the ground, blood all over the place. I hear a gun shot. I turn my head to the left to see a man dying and saying something. "Titans....." was all I heard before he dropped dead. 'Oh no. How could've we passed? Hang in there Isabel and Farlan. (Y/n) you too. SHIT! HERE I GO AGAIN! Why do I keep thinking about her?' I thought riding back where the rest of the others were.
Your POV
"NO! DON'T!!" I yell pushing Isabel off and the titan's hand slapped me down instead of Isabel.
Flashback
We were ambushed, I shot a black fare back then but only a few came to help. We all thought it was an abnormal, but it was actually a jumper and the titan catcher ate all of our men. Isabel, Farlan, and I were the only ones alive.
Your POV
"UGH!" I land face first. My bison starts to blur as I try to get up only to fall back down. "(Y/N)!!" They both yelled. They shot their hooks to each side of the titan's arm. "No. Stop. We need to retreat." I mutter under my breath. My head starts to throb. "ISABEL!!! NO!!" Farlan yelled causing my head to snap up ahead. What I saw, it was something traumatizing. She got eaten, the only thing that left was her head.
Farlan POV
'Isabel. No. Why? I'm sorry I couldn't make it to you sooner. But this for you and (y/n).' I thought as I hook my wires to the titans shoulder.
"FARLAN!! WATCH OUT!!!" I hear yell from (y/n). I turn my head for a minute. My vision starts blur, my head starts to throb. 'Why do I feel so numb?' I turn my head to the side to see from the corner of my eye. I'm now being eaten by the titan half of by body.
"I'm sorry." I muttered under my last breath and my eyes left its color.
Your POV
"NO!" 'Why? WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO HAPPEN TO ME?! Tell me!! Why do you hate so much, Universe? Just tell me. I need to be stronger. People are counting on me. But how can I when I let my squad die right in front of me? I NEED MORE POWER?' I cry my eyes out, it was a good thing that it was raining so no one could see my tears but now every time when it rains it pains my heart as a knife has stab all the way. 'GIVE ME THE POWER TO HELP SAVE OTHERS!!'
As I thought my eyes were shut tightly and I don't hear the rain pouring. I open my eyes slowly.
