The conspiracy is that entertainers (music,actors, actresses, etc.) made a deal with the devil to achieve fame and/or fortune.
In exchange for their fame/fortune Satan would come for their souls at the age of 27. Singers had to offer praise to Satan in their music. Musicians that played instruments , that wanted to strike a deal supposedly were told to go somewhere at a certain time (ex. The railroad tracks at 3am) they would be given a instrument by Satan.
