This is one of my favorite subjects. I never really thought it was true but the more I look into it there's seem to be a possibility it is.On July 7th, 1947 something crashed landed is Roswell New Mexico. A first Authorities stated a flying saucer or disc had crash landed. Many residents had reported seeing metal debris scattered over the area and one reported seeing a blazing craft cross the sky. In more recent years claims have continued to come about as many as 11 crash sites in Roswell. In fact in 1989, former mortician Glenn Dennis claimed he was involved in alien autopsies that were carried out at the Roswell Air Force base. The U.S. military changed the story soon after telling reporters that the crashed object was a saucer. Senior Officers soon insisted that it was actually a fallen weather ballon (which seems very possible) and that they had made a mistake. They released it was actually a high altitude balloon from a secret project known as project Mongul, the project included high altitude balloons picking up sound waves generated by Soviet atomic bombs (I question this because there's a theory that the Cold War was just told to people, and it wasn't actually happening. I think it motivated people to work harder and learn more and that we shared the information with Russia and they shared their information with us). A second report in 1997 concluded the reports of alien bodies may have been transferred memories of military accidents and the recovery of anthropomorphic dummies ( this doesn't seem very likely to me). But Walter Haut a Army air field Public affairs officer drafted the initial press release on July 8,1947 . Haut said in the affidavit ' signed in 2002' he saw alien corpses and a alien craft. He stated he had been involved in a military cover up. He died in 2005 (he seems pretty reliable).
