3rd Person POV

Fortunately, Baekhyun made it to class on time, unlike Suho, who made it to class 2 minutes late due to the long time staring a newly introduced friend of Baekhyun's.

Class was short, well, for Baekhyun at least. Mostly because he could actually complete the tasks their teacher had assigned them to do for that period.

As Baekhyun made his way to his next class, he spotted someone that he didn't particularly want to see at the moment. Or at all.

Chanyeol.

As if Chanyeol felt his gaze on him, he turned around immediately and locked eyes with the one person he wanted to see for the past 1 day and 11 hours.

Yes, he counted.

Chanyeol immediately ran over towards Baekhyun, one thing on his mind about the other.

Baekhyun, now having to see his gaze, immediately turned around and ran to the stairs, which would guide him around the building and on the other side, so he could go to class.

Baekhyun wasn't the athletic type at all, but you better believe when he ran as fast as he could when he saw Chanyeol coming over to him.

Baekhyun successfully made it to class on time and ditched Chanyeol. He was relieved. The last thing he wanted to do was talk to Chanyeol after what happened in the bathroom 1 day ago.

All during his period, his mind was preoccupied with a certain face.

Chanyeol's.

His face showed an emotion that Baekhyun would describe as determined. As if Chanyeol was determined to see Baekhyun, to talk with him.

Or to possibly beat him up.

That period for Baekhyun went impossibly fast, as his mind wasn't even in the same topic as the teacher was. He'll have to take some notes from Kyungsoo when he sees them for lunch.

Just then Baekhyun remembered that he promised to help Lay with the assignment he had to complete, and it dawned on him that he didn't tell the rest of the gang yet.

Luckily, the next period was lunch, so on their way to the designated tree, he could tell them that he would not partake in getting them there.

As the class ended and he got his stuff ready, he headed towards the cafeteria to meet the rest of the gang and tell them his reason for not being there with them.

He found Chen and Kyungsoo in the lunch line, peacefully talking about whatever. They must've made up about the Lady Gaga thing, then.

He walked over and greeted then like usual, with a 'Hey' or a 'Sup', or occasionally a 'Wassup bitches'.

As they made their way down the line, Baekhyun told them both what was stopping him from meeting the three at their newly acquainted spot to sit at during lunch.

Chen shrugged it off while Kyungsoo looked skeptical.

Kyungsoo then questioned whether or not Baekhyun was actually going to see this friend for his assignment, or going because he liked him.

Baekhyun immediately slapped Kyungsoo on the the arm and told him that it was strictly because of the assignment, and that he hadn't known his friend that long, so he wanted to make a good impression on him about becoming good friends in the future.

As Baekhyun finished getting his lunch and paying the lunch lady his owed money, he heard someone shout his name from his left.

He hastily turned his head to his left to see who was calling him, and was pleased to see that Lay was having at him with his lunch in his other arm.

Baekhyun smiled and made his way to Lay with a bounce to his feet.

Lay exclaimed how he found the perfect spot for finishing his assignment and urged Baekhyun outside to sit there with him.

As they made their way outside Baekhyun noted that Lay was a very cheerful guy.

They sat down somewhere not too far from the school building and Lay pulled out papers for the assignment put of his backpack and set it down on top of his folder on the ground.

The assignment was relatively easy for Baekhyun, as he's dealt with these types of poems used for them.

As Baekhyun is talking about how to capture what the author is really saying when looking in between the lines of the poem, he notices that Lay was dosing off quite repeatedly.

Knowing this was an important assignment, Baekhyun confronted Lay about this and was surprised at his reaction.

Lay immediately blushed at Baekhyun's words and snuck a smile on his face. Baekhyun was confused and Lay noticed that and decided to tell him what, or who has been on his mind since they started the assignment.

Lay timidly explained his situation and Baekhyun couldn't help but smile fondly at what he was saying.

Lay liked Suho, and thought that he was gorgeous.

Contemplating whether or not he should tease Lay, Baekhyun decided that he would help Lay get with Suho.

Baekhyun put an arm around Lay and smiled warmly while saying how he would help him be with Suho.

Lay was shocked, expecting for Baekhyun to tease him about the situation and thanked him greatly for what he was about to do.

Baekhyun just smiled and put his head on Lay's shoulder thinking of what to do to make Suho and Lay meet again.

Little did they know Chanyeol was watching them, thinking that they were flirting and smiling at each other for only one reason.

Chanyeol was red, breathing heavily and balling his fists at the skinship of the two.

Chanyeol was angry.
