It's been a while since I was on the TARDIS with the Doctor, and I fell asleep eventually. I woke up and looked over at the Doctor, who was fumbling with the controls on the TARDIS. I lousily got up and walked over to him.
"Doctor, I had another dream."
"What was it about?" he asked.
"Well-- It was really sad. It was about you and I don't want to talk about it, I don't want to make you sad or anything."
"It's okay," he said. "You can tell me. Your dreams seem to tell something about either the future or the past. Just like when you told me you were a Time Lady."
"Well... It was you and a girl with blonde hair who called herself Bad Wolf. And then there was a random void that came out of nowhere, sucking everything into it. You and Bad Wolf were holding on really tight to whatever you could. You kept telling the girl called Bad Wolf to hold on but she was sucked into the void... And both of you were leaning on the wall crying. And you blew up an entire sun just to see her again..."
The Doctor then looked really sad.
"I'm sorry--" I said. "I--"
"No no it's fine," he said. "That actually explained something that happened into the past. Bad Wolf is Rose Tyler. And that really did happen. She was sucked into the void when the Daleks attacked, and I blew up an entire sun just to tell her I loved her..."
There was a long silence. "I'm sorry about that Doctor," I said. "I don't know why I keep having dreams about the future and past..."
"It's because you had a dream about being a Time Lady. That was the future. And now, you are a Time Lady. The last Time Lady."
"I'm still a little confused," I said. "I'm not entirely sure about what a Time Lady is. Could you tell me?"
So the Doctor told me about Time Lords and Gallifrey and two hearts and TARDISes, and he even told me that I might have my own TARDIS one day.
I was really happy that I met the Doctor. Now I knew that I was really a Time Lady, the last Time Lady. Everything I was dreaming of was true. He told me everything I needed to know about the TARDIS and Time Lords. I can say now that he is one of the best friends I've ever had.
