CHAPTER 4.2: TUKLAS HIMIG (AU PASIG)

It's Thursday and I have only one class this morning - F&B lec (Food and Beverage lecture) under Mr. Jorge, my favorite professor so far.

We only had our attendance checked at sa'kin naka in charge yun and after which, dismissal.. Oh di ba?! Sabi nga ng mga classmates ko sana raw di na sila pumasok tsaka bakit pa raw ako pumasok e alam ko naman daw na attendance lang pala.

"Pupunta kase kami sa AU Pasig para sa Tuklas Himig."

"Anong Tuklas Himig?"

"Singing competition."

"Ah, kasali ka dun?"

"Ah hindi pero dapat ako yung isasali e hindi naman ako pan-solo, mas sa choir lang talaga ako. Si Garry tsaka si Frances ang kasali. Ni-recommend ko sila."

I also recommended Fei to be one of our representatives also.

"Ah.. Anong oras kayo pupunta?"

"After natin dito."

After the checking of attendance, I immediately hand it to Ms. Princess who happened to be in the other building. She is our department's secretary. And it's just 9 in the morning and mamaya pa kami pupunta sa AU Pasig. So I called Garry, Frances and Josh. Josh is my gay best friend.. (gay talaga?! ^___^ v) anyway, kasali din si bakla. Siya ang representative sa choir namin. Haha! Biglaan.. pumunta kami sa music room and I vocalized them..

After few minutes, nag text si Sir Mac, WEW! (text mate) HINDI! Haha! Ganito kase yan.. I got is number in his acoount on facebook. ^__^V Well I just got it because I asked for an important stuff.. Yeah! The tuklas himig.. Yun yun! :P He asked kung pwede punta na kami sa building namin. And so we did.

Ayun nga.. Busy-busy-han pa siya. And after few minutes ulit, nag text si Josh, san na raw ang representative ng HRM at sila nalang ang wala. Well, ayun as we went near the coaster, grabe kami na lang talagang inaantay.

Actually I wasn't supposed to be with them pero dahil na rin sa participation ko in every practice ni Garry, sumama na rin ako. Pumayag naman sila ee. And know what? I was with Mr. Mac. Haha <3

We reached AU Pasig within 1 and a half hour. And that was so exhausting! And when we finally got there... We first went in a room exclusively for the contestants and us, visitors from the different branches. I, together with Garry, Frances and Sir Mac was in the gym .. We tried if our CDs are working. And thank God, it is. Tapos nagyaya si Sir kumain ng lunch.. We went to the canteen and there it goes.

I was standing outside the room right next to the door when Sir Mac asked me,

"Ash, samahan mo ako."

WTF! >.< hahahahaha is he going to have a date with me?! ^__~ LANDIIIII! XD

"Ah.. Sige po Sir." then we walk together out of the University..

"Sana may fish ball sa labas."

ME : ^_____^ speechless ee.. Well my mom doesn't want me to eat street foods just because of my effin' stomach allergy. Haha LOL sensitive eh. Pang mayaman. Charot! Haha

paglabas namin, we didn't saw any fish ball food stand.. But we saw somewhat like it.. And when we got near it..

"Gusto mo? Kuha ka na lang jan."

Siyempre kumuha na ako.. Choosy pa ba?! Haha! And 'twas really an exotic food! After we ate those ...

"Ano kaya yun?"

"Di ko rin po alam ee. Exotic!" ^____^

And hell yeah! Hindi namin alam kung ano yung kinain namin.

"Tara! Sa 7/11."

Aba ee sunod na lang ulit ako sa kanya. >.<

"Hintayin mo nalang ako dito." (sa may table facing the university)

Then I waited. And guess what he bought! A large size cheese ring and 2 wafu.. (yung product ng oishi na stick siya with filling inside). Tumabi siya sa'kin.. ^_____~ then siyempre dahil sa gentleman siya, inalok niya ako.. Aba ee mahiya naman siya pag di niya ako inalok di ba? Hahahahahaha

"Eto oh.." he gave the wafu.. "tikman mo yan, masarap!"

"Para kang bata Sir.. Kung ano ano binibili mong tsitsirya." (Weh Ash?)

Siomai naman oh! Ganyan ba spelling ng junk foods pag tagalog? Haha I duno!

Then we ate the wafu together.,. Nakaka-umay lang talaga .. HAHAHA buti nalang may water pa ako.. Then after, inalok naman niya ako ng cheese ring.. Then biglang may nilabas siyang Goldiluck's polvoron. Oh di ba sweet! LOL bumili siya ulit ng water niya. Then I secretly kept the wrapper of the polvoron. and I still have it here in my handbook.

We went back to the gym and finally the game is on!

Unfortunately, Garry and Josh were not included to those who are qualified to go through the 2nd part.. But my friends, Frances, Jess, Randy, and the other one from the comsci department were qualified to the next round.

The most exciting part also was when Garry was sitting, some of the ladies from the audience were taking pictures of him in a stolen shot. They were also kinikilig and they always look at him. And when it was Garry's turn on stage, the ladies were cheering for him.. >.< I was just so happy and proud of him to sing on stage and gathered a lot of audience. "ladies" audience. :)

We arrived in AU Main late at night na.. Mga 7 naman siguro hihi

We went to Sir Andrew's office and siomai.. Na - beso ko siya for the first time! Well, friends na talaga kami.. ^_^V how did that happen? Kase pusong babae naman kase siya. :)
