To say you were a little apprehensive as of right now would be a downright lie.
Notes had been scattered everywhere you went; little pages with their messages scribbled into them, they send chills racing up your spine. Your mind subconsciously always felt beady little eyes staring at you wherever you went, no matter how hard you tried to persuade yourself it was your imagination, you secretly knew it was slinked to the pervious encounter with whatever that thing was.
The odd thing was though, you didn't feel frightened at all, around them. Safe even.
Them being the group of males and females that you met a couple of days ago. And to be honest, you were a little wary as to why you felt so.. comfortable around the group of teenagers. (And some adults too)
You thanked the gods up above the clouds though, since the boys only walked you halfway and didn't see you run like a fucking cheetah of steroids, and the wrath of your overprotective best friend, and your grandmother. Arriving at half ten in the night had kept your grandmother up worried out of her mind, as well as Aiden giving you a good twenty minute lecture on: 'What if you got kidnapped?'
After making you promise to at least call her before staying out till god knows what time, your grandmother granted farewell and headed upstairs to usher a giggling Aubrey to sleep.
Aiden's lecturing only proceeded to get even more worse as his quiet natured sister sent you apologetic gazes throughout his lecture, Lila trying her best to muffle her laughter and smirks as the dark haired boy nearly tore your own head off.
"—/n]! [F/N]!" A voice dragged you out of your thoughts and daydreams, your own [e/c] orbs scrolling up the owner of voice's form to meet a pair of concerned brown hues, ravenette locks tucked behind her ears gently. "Are you alright? You seemed really out of it," the girl queried, catching her lip in between her teeth, her palm and digits making a grasp for a roll of bread set upon her desk, a bottle of water set in the corner smugly.
"Huh? Yeah, I'm fine. Just thinking," the ravenette female raised an eyebrow at your statement, lacing her fingers together carefully whilst glancing at you with her cocoa eyes laced with concern. You seemed oddly out of it today.
"About who?" She questioned, the tips of her digits tearing off a piece of the wheaten bread and plopping it in her mouth and then munching, brown eyes glancing at you with curiosity. Your [e/c] orbs widen in size, while you catch sight of the ravenette tresses girl attempting to keep the smug grin from morphing on her face.
"Shut it." The girl only rolled her chocolate tinted orbs at your response, tipping up a plastic bottle allowing the liquid to seep into her throat and stomach.
"Was it Aiden?"she questions, he rpm settling on her chin as her hues glance at your posture, as you can feel the embarrassment seep into your pores, your own features cooking up in disgust.
"God no! I'd rather eat a bowl of my own vomit," this time the ravenette girl let out a snort, her arms crossing as she glanced at you, clearly bemused.
"Oh, I know! Is it the guy.. the one who looks like he takes steroids. He has blond hair.. and winks all the time." A grin was morphed onto her face as a smile was there, a certain pair of cocoa bean shaded hues brightened up in victory, as if she had won the Olympics or something similar.
"I swear to god Kaeana, I'm gonna skin you alive at some point," you groaned through gritted teeth, crossing your arms tighter and trying to muster up the worst glare you could possibly muster up towards the sniggering female, her form shaking restlessly from her bounds of laughter.
