Percy sighed as he looked at the list of tasks he was supposed to do.

I think I was too cold with Artemis. Whatever. He thought as he trekked towards the river to wash the clothes.

Using his water powers as before, he lifted the clothes and washed them. Quickly separating the underwear from the clothes, he tossed them aside and cleaned them and sent them away.

After washing the clothes, Percy would go sharpen the arrows, most probably being pranked on the way by the hunters. Thalia and Artemis didn't know about this, and each day the pranks grew worse.

One time Percy was hung upside down over a pit of scorpions.

This one time, when Percy was bathing, Artemis happened to come to the river in her swimsuit. Both stared at each other for a while, before Artemis screamed in shock and knocked Percy out with her magic. When Percy woke up, he found himself with a little extra something on his chest. "What have you done?!" He screamed at Artemis distraught. Artemis was laughing. Percy had raven hair growing past his shoulders. His chest had increased in size and his body was slimmer and curvier. "Change me back!" He demanded. The hunters came out and saw him and started laughing at him. Artemis changed him back with an apology but Percy was already back in his tent. The teasing and pranks got worse.

Another time Percy was tossed into piles of mud.

The hunters all kept calling him degrading names.

Percy's patience begun to grow thin. But nevertheless, he stayed silent. Thalia noticed a change in his eyes. His once cheerful sea green eyes were now a dull green. His shoulders had a defeated slump in them that Percy certainly never had before. Thalia was curious why by each day Percy seemed even more jumpier and almost ready to just cut and run. Every time Thalia called out to him Percy was easily startled, and he also seemed to be angry all the time.

Then on Friday, a week after Percy arrived at the hunt, Percy snapped.

-Friday-
Thalia crept behind Percy just as he sullenly carried the laundry towards the river. Her usual greeting to him was just met by a silent glare. Curious, Thalia followed him. She followed Percy, hopping from tree to tree. Then suddenly she heard a snap, and saw that Percy nearly had his leg caught in a bear trap. Thalia frowned. There shouldn't be a bear trap there. Thalia continued following Percy. Then Percy was pulled up and hung upside down by a rope. Gemma came out from behind a tree. "Look what he trap caught." She took the laundry Percy was going to wash and dump them into mud. Thalia growled. This girl was absolutely pissing her off.

Gemma smirked and just left Percy hanging there. Percy sighed and cut the rope with Riptide, before gathering up the muddy clothes and trekking to the river.

While at the river Thalia watched as Percy quickly washed the clothes, then suddenly his foot got caught in another rope and he was sent flying towards the end of the river. Gemma came out smirking with two other hunters and dumped all of the washed clothes in mud or into the river. Thalia growled. As Percy came walking back Gemma teased him constantly about being a useless male, then left. Thalia had seen enough and she crept back to the hunters' camp, determined to beat the shit out of Gemma.

Back at camp, Gemma was boasting of how she had apparently "bravely managed to hurt the male despite him fighting back."

"So then I swung at him-"

"GEMMA!" Thalia's voice rang through the camp.

Gemma turned just to be blasted off her feet and into her tent which collapsed from the impact.

"You no-good lying bitch!" Thalia yelled from across the camp. The hunters Gemma were talking to quickly skedaddled. Gemma got up. "Yes Lieutenant unhappy that I got to him before you?" Gemma asked only to be hit by an uppercut. "HE IS MY COUSIN. YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY RIGHT TO MAKE HIM SUFFER!" Thalia begun punching the daylights out of Gemma. Phoebe and Atlanta managed to pull Thalia back. Gemma, being the idiot daughter of Ares. "Why are you so mad? He's just a male. A useless male that deserved everything he got!" Gemma yelled. Thalia snapped. Phoebe and Atlanta let go of her just as a huge lightening bolt crashed onto Thalia. The electricity arched across Thalia's skin and flew off her fingertips at Gemma, who cried in pain as the electricity hit her.
