Chapter 16

CHEALSEA's *pov*

Finn and I walked down the road for what seemed like forever.

"Do you know when we will be there?" I asked still holding my gun.

"No. Just keep walking."

I let a little moan escape my lips. After a while I sat back on a rock. Finn turned around and looked at me.

"We are almost there. What are you doing?"

"I am so tired and my feet hurt." He sat down and put an arm around me.

"There is like 3 miles more until we get back. Can you just walk that long?" Finn was making me frustrated. I put my head in my hands and cried.

"Whats wrong now?" He asked.

"YOU! I can't stand you! You don't know what it it like to be ran over by a truck! You dont know what it is like to be kidnapped and beaten! YOU DON'T KNOW!!!!" I pushed his solid chest back from me.

"You don't know what it's like to lose your brother." I sat on the ground and cried some more. Finn came over and crouched in front of me.

"Hey, look at me a second." I wiped my eyes and looked at his beautiful eyes.

"What?" I asked grumpily. He put a hand on my cheek and his other behind my neck. When he spoke his lips grazed mine.

"We are almost there. I will carry you the whole time if you want." Then he kissed me.

It was different then when Riley had kissed me. Finn's kiss was soft and loving. Riley was just- not like that. When Finn pulled away, he picked me up. We're almost home.

*RILEY'S POV*

We were on the road. As soon as we passed my house, we saw a figure in the distance. As we got closer we saw it was a man holding some one.

It was Chealsea.

"STOP!" I yelled and I jumped off my bike.

"PUT HER DOWN. OR I WILL SHOOT YOU!!" I yelled at the man.

"Dude, we're on the same side here. I just wanted to help her." He put Chealsea on the ground soft and careful. He whispered something in her ear and she snapped her head to look at me.

"Riley?" She stood up and the man put and arm around her.

"Don't touch her!" I dropped my gun and ran into the man.

I punched him in the face and he dodged it.

"I am not going to fight you." He said.

"Riley! Stop! This is NOT okay." Chealsea said.

"I am not going to sit by and watch you with this pig!" I yelled in her face.

"Nothing bad ever happened to me when you were gone! Maybe its for the best if you just leave." The man wrapped his arms around her. And she did the same.

"Are you breaking up with me? Really?"

"Yes. Now go." She was crying.

"FINE!" I pushed her out of the mans arms and onto the ground.

*CHEALSEA'S POV*

He pushed me on the ground and walked over to his motorcycle and left.

"Are you okay?" Finn asked.

"Yeah." He helped me up and hugged me. "This sucks."
