Chapter 3

I got back to my house and walked in and went up to my room. I decided to do some stalking on my new "best friends". 

I went to the search bar and typed in Mikey Jimenez. His Instagram came up so I clicked on it.

MKYofficial... 44.5K followers? I kept stalking and found he was on an ABC show called boyband, and so was Jay.. Or should I say Jhype.. 

I clicked follow. And moments latter I saw MKYoffical has requested to follow you, I accepted. A few moments latter he had liked all my pictures and commented "hey bestie" on a few of them.

Should I like all his photos back? Nah, its late, I have school tomorrow and i'm tired... this can wait. I put on some cloths to sleep in. (most likely Nike pros and a random shirt.) Climbed into bed and fell asleep.

Mikey pov.

She found my Instagram, yay! I put my phone down and went to bed.

The next morning my alarm went off, ugh 6:00 am. I jumped into the shower and brushed my teeth. I blow dried my hair and put it up into a messy bun and decided to wear my glasses, why not.  I grabbed my phone and walked downstairs and ate, and went on my phone.

*ding*

Mike Jimenez: Good morning😁

Me: Good morning

Mikey Jimenez: So um how was your sleep...?

Me: Well amazing, ha, and you

Mikey Jimenez: Not that good

Me: Sorry? How come?

Mikey POV

I wanted to tell her my sleep was bad because I kept thinking of her, but I just couldn't tell her, not yet anyway...

Mikey Jimenez: Hahah I'm joking it was great!!

Me: Wow 😅

Mikey Jimenez: So can we meet up before school?

Me: Sure, where?

Mikey Jimenez: Where do you live? I'll walk there.

Me: blah blah blah *insert random address*

Mikey Jimenez: Perfect, I'll be there soon....

It was only 7:15, school starts at 8:20, I wonder how long it will take him to get here, I wonder why I woke up this early....

About 15 minuets later I heard a knock on the door, I grabbed my bag and put on my converse and ran out the door.

"took you long enough" I joked

"yea well there was traffic" Mikey replied

"Oh yea, walking at this time of day is horrible... where is Jay?"

"His mom is dropping him off at school, I tried to get him to walk but you know.."

"hah yea I know everything" I joked

This may be odd, I've only met him yesterday but I feel like I've known him for years. Either he's really open, or I stalked his socials for to long...

We began walking to school talking about who knows what. We entered the school grounds and was greeted by Jay who was waiting in the front for us.

"took you guys long enough" Jay said

"yea well she has short legs" Mikey laughed

" And there's a lot of traffic at this time" I added

"yea yea ok" Jay laughed

" oh by the way thanks for following me back on Instagram mr.hype..."

"Ohhh my bad, I don't know whos who on there"

"it's not like you couldn't see her name" Mikey rolled his eyes

"hey Mikey I don't need your attitude" Jay replied

they began play punching each other.

from the corner of my eye I saw the Queen Bee herself walking up with ugh it doesn't matter.

"wow look a loser wearing glasses, what a nerd" she said pointing at me

" can you believe I even dated her" Justin laughed and so did his snobby group of friends

"Hey boys" Brianna began to walk up to Mikey and Jay

"what are you guys doing hanging with a loser, nerd, whatever you want to call it"

Before I could give them a chance to reply, I ripped the glasses from off my face and threw them onto the floor, I walked off. I was not going to sit there and listen to this. Not again anyways.

JAY POV

Laila walked off, Mikey wanted to go after her, I could tell. I think he really likes her. We didn't answer Briannas question, why would we. She walked off laughing. Mikey picked up her glasses.

"we should have said something" Mikey snapped coming out of his daze

"whats her deal anyways" I asked

"Its a long story, you have to ask Laila..."

Mikey was silent

" go find her"

"wha" I cut him off

" go find her, I know where my first period is, go"

" I'm not even sure she would want to talk to anyone right now" Mikey replied

" Well she will want to see you, the way you guys look at each other, it's only been one day you guys are perfect, don't ruin this mikey"

"well when did you get so bright Jay"

" right about now" I replied

*disclaimer JHype is actually extremely mature for his age... If you watch boy band you know what I mean*

MIKEY POV

I left Jay to find Laila, after walking for a bit I found her sitting on the bench in the quad. I walked up to her. She was crying, there was a tear, Wow I don't know what to do....

"hey..."

Wow really MIKEY HEY THATS ALL YOU GOT... She was silent. I sat down next to her.

" i'm not even going to ask if your ok because I know your not" 

She shook her head, oh gosh did I say something wrong? She was silent for a little longer,  a tear slipped out from her eye once more. I leaned in for a.....

WOW cliff hanger? haha, how is this story I feel like its getting no where, these are hard to write.. lol
