Chapter 8

*At this pint idk where tf i left off so lets just start fromI  so lets start from the car noise i guess*

I heard a car pull up into my driveway. I went down stairs to check out who it was. When I opened my door I saw my grandparents getting out of the car.  totally forgot they were coming, it's been a crazy night... ( yea girl really forgot they were coming apparently, i had to re read my own story which brings me to... ignore my illiterate ass spelling errors.) 

My grandma waved at me, so I ran outside the door to greet them and help them in, 

"hows my favorite girl?" she asked

"umm im doing fine i guess?" i replied

after that I helped them inside and to the guest room... They left to the hospital, I couldn't bear to go with them... They also mentioned something about going to visit some of their friends later tonight... I have no clue, I kind of tuned out to be honest.. 

I still have not received a single word from mikey... or jay.. I'm kind of sad about that..

MIKEY POV

My phone died at lunch and  had to go somewhere after school... I really hope Laila is doing okay.. I feel bad that I havent called... 

JAY POV

I wonder if Mike has talked to Laila.. I decided to text her and see whats happening, and you know... if shes gucci... what am I talking abut... how would she be.... nvm 

Hey, how are you :)?

Laila: as good as i can be i guess... and you?

I'm good! so have you talked to mikeyyyy?

Laila: no actually, have not heard from him...

oh? did you try calling?

Laila: not really, i dont want to disturb anyone you feel me dawg 

"you feel me dawg" interesting.... 

Laila: just adding a twist on things yo?

Laila POV 

*incoming facetime from Jay *

I clicked accept

Hello? ( hes gonna be bold  or what ever the hell you call it)

aye y whats good?

Literally nothing like I said befre bro...

                                   i dont want to cry anymore.. I'm tired of it...

well you dont look fine.. whats wrong?

everything I guess.. Queen Bee is acting like she knows whats going on.. and of course this entire situation, so yea thats whats wrong freshman. 

                                i felt my eyes fill with tears... fuck 

so you really havent heard from mikey?

no, i havent and its fine. everyone normally leaves whenever somethings going on im used to it im not mad 

                               but i was sad...

yea but he should be with yo

jay its fine.

JAY POV

yea i could tell she missed him... where tf was he... she's sad... 

"Hello?" he answered the phone

"yo mikey where have you been bro?"

"my phone died" I cut him off

"yea well laila is not doing ok, she will say shes but shes really not and I think shes kinda hurt you never called or texted her to check up."

"shit. i better go..."

"yea dude you better" I sassed him and hung up.

MIKEYS POV 

I cant believe i didnt try to use anyone elses phone.. i hope shes ok, boyfriend of the year? ugh.. I'll just go to her house I guess.

LAILA POV 

after jay and I got off the facetime I cried more because what else am I supposed to do, im scared. 

about 45 minuets later i heard the doorbell so I went to see who it was. 

When I opened the door I saw mikey. 

"hey " he said 

tears just filled my eyes. god when am i going to stop crying. 

he hugged me and shut the door. 

ok well, i'm back and hopefully you read that guess who page.. because it will explain everything about what my headass accidenly did with this... but now im back hopefully! and m not really sure what to write about, i just felt the need to push this chapt. out there.. 

idk id you could tell but i gave up on capitalizing the letters cuz screw it im lazy and a semester of AP lang was torture so i'm done being all grammar smart for now lmao.. let me know if i should bring other boys and such in to here..

in other news 4TH AVENUE was announced today and im so hyped. did anyone buy the run 1 merch? also IRL is alive and thriving and I cant wait for tattoo! 

so basically whats new is 

1) irl is omf idek they are just thriving and make sure you vote for the i heart music thing :)

3) devin is touring with Jake miller
