It seems that somehow everyone gender-swapped, Ciel was a girl, Lizzy a boy, Grell a girl (I look at him as male do not @ me) and Will and the rest of the male's girls.
All females were male, and it was unusual for all your friends to turn out like this, but it was how it was, you heard Ciel yell in a female voice "BLOODY HELL IM FEMALE!!??"
