PERRIE TAPPED HER FOOT IMPATIENTLY. The train had been held. More importantly, there was no brunette beside her.
She stepped off the train and onto the platform, looking around for Jade. She walked to the front, pushing through the crowd.
"Sorry," she muttered, trying to see what everyone was looking at.
She gasped, tears welling in her eyes before they poured down her cheeks.
She saw the brunette.
Jade was sprawled out across the tracks.
Perrie sobbed, immediately jumping down to her brunette, ignoring all shouts from the staff and crowd.
"No, Jade," she whispered, her voice cracking and shattering into shards. She broke down, being dragged away from her brunette as they covered Jade with a sheet.
Perrie had never cried harder.
She had lost her one and only soulmate.
