Today was my birthday, and my parents took me to a woodsman as my surprise.
"Ok, you can open your eyes now". My father told me, and I opened my eyes.
"Ohh! I love these runners! I love this brush bow! I love this sled! Jenna, Jenna, you're lead dog!" I said, my parents laughing as they watched me. "Ok, just a minute, come on. Mush!" I cheered, putting a collar on Jenna.
"Then you'll need this" My mom informed me, putting a mushers hat on my head.
"A real musher's hat! We're a real sled team now!" I exclaimed, excited. "Mush!" I cheered, as Jenna and I left the wood shop.
"Mister Johanssen, the sled is beautiful, we're very grateful!" My father said, giving the money to Johanssen. I ran back into the wood shop, and said, "Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you!" Then I left again.
"Rosy's grateful too, huh?" My father joked around with the woods man.
"Yeah, so I gather" Replied the woods man.
"Watch this!" I asked my parents.
"Coming, sweetheart!" My mother replied, as they headed towards the exit.
"I don't know. I think we should've gotten her the doll house". My dad told my mom, as they watched me race around on my sled.
"It's the one-mile marker! Mush, Jenna, mush! Let's win this race!" I told Jenna, as we went to the races. "Whoo!"
"I think she'll learn to like it" My mom replied to my dad, as she kissed him.
"Jenna. Easy, girl. Whoa!" I asked Jenna to slow down. "Jenna! Stay, girl! Jenna! Hold on. Come on, Steele!" I took off my hat and waved it in the air, when a gust of wind blew it out of my hand. "Oh no!"
