Somethings are so right but they feel so wrong and somethings are so wrong but they feel so right
I'll never have the chance to decide which one applied to us
I never let the people I care about walk away without a fight
Yet I'll still draw a path in chalk with only your name on the invite
All I want to do is talk and let you know how in love I am
But you'll be long gone I'll just write it down in graphite
Its night and we are left on a boardwalk with only candlelight
That I still wish we could reignite
