DISCLAIMER: This is not a short story, or a professional novel. I'm writing this in my spare time. This is my cancer story, mostly told from first point view.
Since this isn't the typical novel and only a cancer autobiography, let me tell you a bit about myself. I'm Jackson Williams Johnson. Jack for short. I have a twin brother named Liam, who was born 3 minutes before me. I also have two older siblings, Olivia who's 17, and Lukas who's 20. My mom was a nurse, but she's now a stay at home mom who enjoys maintaining our website. My father is a doctor. An emergency room physician. Together, they own a resort, we go down there every year.
February 6th, 2002. That's the day my twin brother and I entered this world. We're told that we both came out with quite some hair, and that we had the most beautiful blue eyes they've ever seen.
When my twin and I were two, my older sister and brother decided to secretly take us both to the playground near our house. My parents had freaked out, and even called the police. Eventually, they found all four of us running around on the playground; while parents of other kids stared at us with confusion, wondering where our parents were. My parents still remind Olivia and Lukas what they did, and we all have a good laugh about it here and there.
Let's skip ahead to when we were four. My next door neighbours had moved out, and in moved a family who had a little boy the same age as me, Ryan. Our parents quickly introduced us to each other, and soon, my twin and I would be playing with Ryan every day, we would grow to consider him as a brother.
I've had cancer four times, leukemia to be precise. Diagnosed at 9, relapsed at 10, relapsed at 13, and relapsed at 14. Thankfully I am NED and couldn't be more grateful.

RandomRelapsed with leukemia. Currently undergoing treatment. I will be using this book as a place where I can write down things during my cancer journey; and one day, hopefully look back at this, and see how far I've come.
