<li>Bring all the clues together at the end to give the reader an "ahhhh" moment.</li>
<li>Read other people's ideas to get inspired.</li>
<li>Use other "whodunnit?" storylines to give you ideas, just don't copy them too much.</li>
<li>You might want to draw pictures. Don't make them gory, as children might read it. A murder mystery is not exactly for a child, unless a child is writing it.</li>
