anita's gift

rachel was stood talking to santana when sebastian and anita walked back into the house sebastian gave her one of his heart melting smiles.

" are we ready then" martin asked

" yeah " sebastian said

they ended up going to the same restaurant they had gone to their first night here the food was lovely martin and anita were lovely. knowing charles was gone was even better they felt free once more life was good.

martin and anita had booked into a hotel for a few nights they planned to make a short break out of coming here.

so as rachel sebastian and hunter and santana arrived back at their house the four of them were pretty tired it had been a long stressful day and they were all ready to turn in for the night.

rachel wzs in the bathroom putting some cream on her hands that santana had read about in a magazine sebastian was already in bed.

as rachel walked into the bedroom sebastian was laid in their comfy new bed waiting for her he had an odd look on his face.

" you ok" rachel asked as she climbed in beside him.

" i am are you" sebastian asked turning onto his side to face her his hand came up and put some of her hair behind her ear so her face was clear for him too see.

" im great" rachel said

" yes you are your perfect i never thought i would meet someone like you rach i never thought i would know what love truly was" sebastian said

" i feel the same about you" rachel said

" your everything to me those few days without you were the worst of my life" sebastian said

" all i did was think about you" rachel said getting upset remembering how she felt.

" i never want to be apart from you never" sebastian said rachel watched as he reached under his pullow and pulled out a small black velvet jewellery box. rachel felt her heart started to beat faster as she recalled himmsaying once they got to key west he was going to get her a ring.

" rach ihave thought about doing this for a while and thought about how to do it on the beach or at a fancy restaurant but tonight i realise none of that matters. all that matters is i love you and iwant to love you flrever" sebastian said he opened the box and tuck out the ring tuck hold of her hand and stared into her eyes.

" rachel berry my rach will you marry me" sebastian asked

" yes" rachel said it was the easiest question she had ever been asked.

" you will" sebastian said smiling at her they both got emotional  as he slide the ring onto her finger it was stunning a single square cut diamond ring in white gold. 

" its beautiful when did you get it " rachel asked given they had hardly ever been apart

" my aunt anita gave it to me though i was already saving up to get you one" sebastian said

flashback

" seb i hsve something to give you" anita ssid reaching into her purse and pulling out a small black velvet jewellery box.

" aunt" sebastian said as she handed the box to him.

" you never had the family you deserved you look well seb rachel is good for you she makes you happy." anita said as sebastian opened the box and saw the white diamond ring glistening.

" i dont know what to say" sebastian said

" it was my mothers i thought you should have something from us martin is right when he says we should have gotton you out of that house when you were little. rachel is a lovely girl and i can already tell you make her as happy as she makes you. you have both been through alot maybe you had to so that you would appreciate each other the way you do. all martin and i want is for you to be happy seb so be happy be in love enjoy life" anita said sebastian smiled at his aunt before lookimg once more at the ring.

the rring was perfect elegent and classy but not over the top show offy it was perfect for rachel he could see her wearing it the tnought put a huge grin on his face.

" i cant believe we are engaged " rachel said before kissing him they kissed for a while.

" your going to me my wife" sebastian said excitedly

" your going to be my husband " rachel said

" yeah and who knows maybe once we are married we might think about populating the earth with our perfect offspring " sebastian said

" i want a family "rachel said

" me too and we already know we will be good parents as we know what its like to have crap ones " sebastian said

" yeah i guess in a weird way the legacy our parents have left us is that we will love our children in a way they never loved us" rachel said

" exactly " sebastian said

" you was right this was the perfect way for you to ask me just us." rachel said

" you know when ever you see guys do it in movies they are always nervous i wasnt nervous i couldnt wait to ask you" sebastian said

" it was the easiest question i have ever been asked" rachel said
