Present Day

"Okay, say this is you." Cisco drew a large circle on the center of the glass board.

Aleandra sat in a chair in front of the board in Star Labs. It had been three years since the accident of the Accelerator explosion. Aleandra had been found by the police a day after the accident and was nursed back to health but Star Labs satellite they used for looking for Meta-Humans could sense her difference and they hunted her down and found her, taking her in and three others that were different and too young to live on their own. They kept them hidden and away from harm, trying to teach them and keep them away from the evil Metas. She went through all of the bad and all the adventures. But was kept hidden and safe during it all.

"I still don't get it." Aleandra said.

Cisco let out a long sigh. He drew another circle and few inches away from the other that represented Aleandra.

"This is the dark matter from the Particle Accelerator." Cisco continued.

Cisco then drew a thin line down from the board and touched it with Aleandra's circle.

"This is the lightning that struck near you, and its energy surged through your body." Cisco drew another line to connect the dark matter circle and Aleandra's together, "Then the dark matter collided with you at that same moment." Cisco clipped the cap back onto the marker, "And that's what gave you your powers, in a nut shell."

Aleandra leaned back in the chair a sighed. She shrugged.

"It still doesn't make much sense."

Cisco slammed the marker down on the desk near him.

"Am I gonna have to explain it for the fifth time!" He yelled.

Aleandra let out a laugh and stood up.

"I'm just giving you a hard time, Cisco." Aleandra said with a laugh.

Cisco ran his hands through his long hair and groaned, "Seriously!"

Aleandra shrugged, "I got it the first time you told me. Two years ago. I'm not that stupid."

Cisco chuckled. He then walked past Aleandra and sat down next to Caitlin at the desk and began typing on his computer. Barry was currently out fighting a criminal. He talked into the com next to him.

"Good job, Barry, you got this!" He said as he spun around in his spinning chair to the other computer next to him and began looking at it.

Aleandra walked over and leaned on the desk.

"What's up today?" She asked.

Caitlin looked up from the computer and over at her.

"Another robbery."

"Meta?"

"No, just regular." Caitlin responded looking back at the computer screen.

Aleandra turned back and began walking around the lab she looked around and stopped when her glance was caught on a long tube filled with a strange green liquid in it. Aleandra picked it up and examined it.
