Cheater

Also known as: Thorne doesn't know what an ACTUAL emergency is 

Scarlet was awoken from her peaceful sleep when her port rang loudly. She yawned, as she pulled herself away from her husbands arms.

Sleepily, she answered with "hello?"

"SCARLET," the scream that emerged from the port, woke her up immediately.

"Thorne???"

"Well I prefer to be called captain but that's not why I called."

She chose to ignore his comment, instead stated ranting to him, "Carswell Thorne, you better have a good reason for calling me!! Do you have an idea what time it is in France??? Pretty damn late! I run a farm!! Why couldn't this wait?! Someone better be dying or so help me, Thorne I will kill y-"

"THIS IS AN EMERGENCY!"

"Will you just tell me already!!"

She felt her husband stir next to her, her loud words finally waking up the heavy sleeper. He looked up at Scarlet in confusion but she just mouthed the words "it's Thorne" to him.

"KAI CHEATED!"

"Kai cheated on Cinder!?!?"the newly enraged redhead screeched into her port. Ze'ev sat up next to her, a concerned expression on his face. He knew his wife was about to go into a rant, knowing full well she'd do anything to avenge her close friends feelings. He was in the same boat as Scarlet but he was quieter in his anger.

"HE BETTER PRAY FOR HIS LIFE WHEN I GET TO HIM!! I DON'T CARE THAT HE IS AN EMPEROR, I WILL END HIM!!! I WILL GO TO JAIL UNTIL THE DAY I DIE BECAUSE I WILL AVANGE CINDER AT ANY COST!! I WILL MAKE KAI REGRET THE DAY HE WAS BORN! SHE IS MY CLOSE FRIEND AND SHE DOESN'T DESERVE THIS PAIN!! HOW DARE KAI EVEN DO THIS?!? HE IS DEAD! I CAN NOT BELIEVE I AM THE ONE WHO WILL HAVE TO END EMPEROR KAITO'S LI-"

"SCARLET," Kai interrupted from Thorne's end of the phone, "Please please stop I would NEVER cheat on Cinder! I love her more than anything!"

"NO WHAT KAI DID WAS MUCH WORSE!"

Scarlet sighed in relief, knowing her friend was no longer at risk of having her heart shattered. She told her husband the good news, rubbing his arm, trying to calm down his seething anger.

"What in this universe, could've Kai done that was worse than him cheating on his fiancée?!"

"HE CHEATED AT ROYALS!!"

Scarlet, sighing in irritated, hung up her port.

Okay so I haven't written in forever, this isn't very good but it's something Thorne would do. I also tend to write things far longer than this but a nice short little one shot seemed a good place to start. Also I feel like they're kind of ooc so my apologies.
