Friday same day, 4:30pm, Dave's house
Alvin had been sat in his bedroom with Simon and Theodore, waiting for Brittany to come home from school. Simon and Theodore were playing monopoly and they asked Alvin to join in but he said no, he would watch
Just then Alvin heard the house door open. He left the bedroom and looked downstairs and saw Brittany, looking very tired as she was trying to walk up stairs.
"Hey Brittany are you ok?" Shouted Alvin
"Yea.....I will.....make it" said Brittany in a tired voice
Alvin ran down to Brittany and helped her get upstairs
"Brittany hold on to me and I will carry you upstairs" said Alvin in a serious voice
"No, I can walk it, I will hold you arm though, if that's ok" said Brittany
"Yea you can hold my arm, if you start getting tired again though, I will carry you up, ok?" Asked Alvin
"Yea, Ok then, thanks Alvin" said Brittany
Alvin walked up the stairs very slowly with Brittany, giving her time to get up them without rushing her. Once they were up the stairs Brittany went into the spare bedroom and Alvin went in too
"Wow, I'm tired I need to lay down for a while" said Brittany in a tired voice
Once Brittany was layed down on her bed, Alvin spoke up
"Do you want me to bring you anything up, any food or drink?" Asked Alvin
"No not yet, I am fine at the moment but thanks for the offer" said Brittany with a smile
"How was the detention?" Asked Alvin
"It was boring but was fine, mr Parry just talked to me through most of it" explained Brittany
Alvin sat on the bed with Brittany but was silent and looked sad. Brittany sat up and looked at Alvin
"Alvin, what's wrong?" Asked Brittany in a worried voice
"I want to ask you something....I just don't know what you will say" said Alvin in a worried voice
Brittany put her hand on Alvin's shoulder "just ask me Alvin, ask me anything at all, I don't mind" said Brittany in a serious voice
Alvin looked at Brittany "um...Brittany..have I ruined your life by getting you pregnant?" Asked Alvin in a worried voice
Brittany looked shocked, she never expected a question like that
"No of course not silly, what ever made you think that?" Asked Brittany with a giggle
"I just feel bad for you because since I got you pregnant, lots of bad things have been happening to you like you have been sick and when the baby kicks it sometimes hurts you causing pain and you get tired quickly and...." Alvin was cut off
"Alvin! Please don't worry about any of them problems, it's standard problems most women get when they are pregnant, I know what your saying but it's not a problem for me or you to worry about, honestly you getting me pregnant is what I wanted and we will have some baby chipmunks soon" said Brittany in a happy voice
"Are you sure this is what you wanted?" Asked Alvin in a sad voice
Brittany was really worried about Alvin right now "what is wrong with him, why is he so worried about me, I know I have a few issues while I'm pregnant but he seems really worried about me for some reason" Brittany thought to herself
