A/N: Honestly, I hate this ship. No offense, but I just don't like it. It's popular though so I guess I have to post something on this eventually. I don't hate this because of the songs or the gender or the overall appearance at all. I just hate the way that Kaito is often displayed and how it really makes me feel like Miku is just being degraded thanks to him. I'm fine with Kaito being a little perverted and even a little greedy-it's just a part of being a human, after all-but I hate how his character seems to focus mostly on sex and power. Miku deserves so much more even if it doesn't seem that way. I don't like her either, but she isn't a bad 'person' at all. In fact, she'd probably be one of the more good-natured of the vocaloids if she's given a proper chance. Anyways, this is a long ass note I'm gonna write now AHAHAH-

"Miku?" Kaito glances around the backstage area. The clock is ticking and he just can't seem to find his girlfriend anywhere for their performance! She's normally so punctual...

"Miku!"

A flash of teal catches Kaito's attention from his peripheral vision. A glance over confirms Miku's hasty arrival, weaving through stagehands, security, execs and so forth, but even in her moment of desperation, she looks so adorable, so graceful, that it's unfair. Absolutely unfair. No one girl should be able to hold that much perfection, but here Miku is flaunting it all around wherever she roams.

"I'm sorry! Am I late?" she pants once she reaches Kaito's side.

"No, Megurine-san still needs to go up, but it's about time we prepare, no?" Kaito warmly smiles, offering his hand.

And Miku smiles back, taking it. "Yeah."
