Daniel Tiger has depression. He's always super sad and it all started when Prince Wednesday left him to hang out with Miscellanea. He's been in his room crying all day. Baby Margaret walked in and tried to ugga mugga him but Daniel Tiger beat her up. Now Daniel Tiger is depressed and grounded!!!
Daniel couldn't believe his mom grounded HIM instead of his horrid little sister. WHAT DID HE DO WRONG?!?!?!?!?!? It should be Margaret who's grounded!
Daniel decided that he's had enough of his family and his friends. Daniel wanted to kill himself, and he knew just how he was gonna do it.
Not with a gun, or by jumping in a lake but by........ Giving away all of his toys. Surely this could kill him by heartbreak alone.
Daniel started gathering all of his belongings. He couldn't wait to see how everyone would react when his heart started breaking! After he gathered his toys he decided who would get his belongings. Does Prince Wednesday deserve anything? What about Miscellanea? Maybe Margaret or Mama Tiger or even Daddy Tiger! There's so many people! Daniel decided to give a little bit to everyone that way it won't be too suspicious. He got started right away.
First, he gave all of the toys he hated the most to Margaret. All of the toys that were broken or didn't work anymore. Anything he'd gotten dirty or that had a scent that refused to come out, no matter how many times Mama Tiger washed it.
Then he went to find Prince Wednesday and Miscellanea. He took the trolley to the park where he found them playing. Daniel was filled with hatred at the sight of them and reconsidered his decision to leave some belongings with them. Hesitantly he walked over and handed Prince Wednesday his 2nd best toys. The ones that he loved but rarely played with. The ones that still smelled like the packaging they came in. The ones fit for royalty. Next Daniel gave Miscellanea his musical toys. His drums and xylophone and trumpet. He hoped that they would still play parade when he was gone...
He decided to give his best toys to the people who had done less to wrong him. People like Prince Tuesday, Katerina, O the Owl, and Teacher Harriet. He knew they would love his favorite toys, that he had taken care of, loved, slept with, and more.
Daniel Tiger went to O The Owl. Daniel never really talked to O, he was a quiet kid but he was nice. O would get Daniel's favorite book Tiggy The Adventure Tiger. Daniel took the trolley to O's house to give him the book.
When Daniel tiger got to O's house and tried to hand him the book, O questioned him.
"Daniel Tiger, why are you giving me your very favorite book?"
"I don't like it anymore," Daniel Tiger responded before sprinting back to the trolley to get to his next destination.
Daniel rode the trolley to the castle to find Prince Tuesday. He was giving Prince Tuesday his backpack so he'll always have a place to put his princely belongings.
Finally, Daniel decided to give his red hoodie to the person who had wronged him the very least, Teacher Harriet. She looked confused but accepted Daniel's gift. Daniel headed home to finally die of a broken heart.
Daniel layed on his bed, waiting to die. He waited and waited and waited but nothing happened. How is this even possible??!!!! He gave away everything but he's still not dead!!!g
