5 YEARS LATER
I was stood at the end of Isle. This was it. I was marrying Lexi. Lexi the girl of my dreams, my best friend, my girlfriend, my soon to be wife, the mother to my future children. I don't think my heart can control itself.
"You okay?" Charlie asked snapping me out of my daydream.
Not alot of people had arrived yet. None of Lexi's family bothered to turn up except her Mum. But my huge family made up for it anyway. Lexi, Moon, Star and Sun hadn't come out yet.
I knew my Mum was watching from above and I smiled.
I turned around to Charlie and nodded.
Charlie and Leanne had fell madly in love, they got married four years ago and now have a three year old daughter called Leah. Leah was the cutest baby ever. Sun, Moon and Star fussed over Leah so much, but Leah loved it. She was a bridesmaid today and was so adorable.
They also had a son called Leo who is two and he insisted on being a bridesmaid. So we let him.Sun, Moon and Star are now ten. They are all A students and do gymnastics, football, ice hockey, every form of dance, and lacrosse and we're amazing at every single one.
The pews began to fill with people and I saw aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, second cousins, great aunts and uncles. My family never missed out on a celebration.
Me and Lexi decided to get married at the hill where we filmed the video and I promised myself to Lexi forever. They put a wedding arch at the top of the hill and family members could sit on the hills and watch. Then we were all going to go back to Charlie and Leanne's for a huge roast dinner.
Then from at the bottom of the hill, Lexi and Leanne came into view linking arms.
Sun, Moon, Star, Leah, Leo and Sarah followed.Sarah was Lexi's best friend. They met at collage and immediately became best friends. When they first met,I didn't hear anything from Lexi for a week and when I finally did, she just said she was at Sarah's. Sarah was the funniest person I have ever met and I cry with laughter whenever I'm around her.
They walked to the hill and sat down.
Lexi stood opposite me and grinned.
She was absolutely gorgeous.
"You look amazing." I mouthed.
She smiled and we listened to the vicar."I do."
And that was it. Me and Lexi were married.
That was weird to say.20 YEARS LATER
"Who thinks it's going to be a boy?" Lexi asked grinning.
We were at the gender reveal of our fifth child. Lexi decided this time to spice things up and dye her hair pink if it was a girl and blue if it was a boy.
Hunter, our eldest boy is 8. He played football, rugby, hockey and basketball. He is very funny
Harper, is 6. She loved to read, paint, and write stories for her younger siblings. She is also quite shy.
Layla, is 4, she is very loud and loves animals. She has a puppy of her own and she says when she's older she is going to run a rescue shelter for animals.
Isla is 2. She is a bundle of happiness. She is kind to everyone and can make a whole room light up. She carries her cuddly toy spider everywhere and likes to scare people with it.
"It's got to be a boy! I want a brother!" Hunter exclaimed.
"I want another sister!" Layla shouted.
"LEXI I LOVE YOU TO BITS BUT IF YOU GIVE ME ANOTHER NIECE I SWEAR TO GOD!" Sun shouted laughing.
Lexi had got her hair dyed and it was hidden in a hat.
Everyone was here. Charlie and Leanne. Leah, Leo, Sun, Moon and Star with all of their husbands or wives and children. It was packed.
Lexi was in the middle of the room. The countdown started.
"3...2.."
"URGH JUST SHOW US!" Moon shouted and she pulled the hat off of Lexi.
Her hair was dyed blue and pulled into two ponytails.
"IT'S A BOY!" Star shouted. Everyone began hugging eachother excitedly.
Lexi just sat their with her arms crossed smirking at me.
"Lexi?"
No one had caught on.
"Hold up! YOUR HAVING TWINS?" Leanne shouted.
"Yep, twin boys." Lexi grinned.
And sure enough nine months later. Jensen and Scott joined our family.
"Thankyou, Ethan."
Lexi randomly said one night whilst we watched TV. All of the kids were in bed and it was just us two.
"For what?"
"For saving me, making me see the good in life. Imagine if I killed myself thirty years ago. No kids, no wedding. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. When I was 18, I thought my life was over when my Dad died. But really it was just beginning. Thankyou for holding me up and teaching me how to walk again. I love you."
I cut her off with a kiss.
Just like the first time I kissed her.
