Chapter 12: The Rescue Mission (Part 1)

"Are they here yet?" Questioned Kidjays

"They should be..... right about now" said Alfred

After what Alfred said, a knock on the door could be heard.

"That must be them" said Alfred

The group entered the apartment. For their surprise, they found a hole in the wall, instead of his only window of the apartment.

"What happened?!?" Questioned Jenny

Both Alex and Steffany were just standing still, still surprised.

Kidjays sat down on one side of the couch, rather sad and mad.

"They.... they took Squid Girl...." said Kidjays emotionless.

Everyone got shocked when Kidjays said that.

"B-but! There is still a way to get her back!" Said Lyndsy.

"How?" Questioned Kidjays

"Well it's simple! We sneak in, take Squid Girl,and get out like nothing ever happened!" Said Alex

"Uh-huh. When it comes to security, and a giant army of Octarians and Octolings, there is no way it whould work-" said Kidjays

"Unless we have a plan" said Jenny and Lyndsy at the same time.

Both got surprised when they said that, but they continue think of a plan.

"What if we disguise ourselves as octolings?" Questioned Lyndsy

"And find out that there is an another male Octoling? Scratch that" said Kidjays

"Well we could go with Alex's idea, but it has to be more detailed" said Jenny

"Hm.... I think I've got the idea" said Kidjays

The group got in a bit closer to hear what K.J. has to offer.

"Ok. So, this is how it's going to work" said Kidjays

"Me and Lyndsy will sneak in one of the entrances. Alfred and Jenny will stay on the V2.  Alex and Steffany will go to the control room and shut down the lights and cameras, if there is any. Everyone understood?" said Kidjays

Everyone nodded in agreement.

"Ok- now for me to think for an disguise..." said Kidjays

He thought of one, but he did not like it. But it was it's only way to get Squid Girl back.

He sighed-

"Well- I just had the craziest disguise- I'll be right back..." said Kidjays

Kidjays went to the bedroom to change "forms" or disguise. A few minutes passed.

Jenny sighed.

"I hope that she is ok... I wonder what are they doing with her..." said Jenny worried

"It's better not to imagine. Boss sometimes gets a bit too... far on his "anger" issues" said Lyndsy

"Anger issues?" Questioned Jenny and the others

"You can say that. It's just that the captain wants that human more than everything. Saying that what made the human live again, could get his humanoid form back. He couldn't change back to his original form for some reason..." said Lyndsy

Kidjays came out his bedroom, looking like a Octoling.

"I kind of regret making this part of the plan..." said Kidjays

"But you are doing it to save Squid Girl" said Lyndsy

"Yeah. You can say that" said Kidjays

He sighed.

"Ok so guys how do I look- Do I look... "acceptable"?" Questioned Kidjays

"Well you kind of do" answered Lyndsy

"Yeah" said Alex

"You actually do" answered Jenny

Stefany just nodded and gave a thumbs up.

"Ok. Let's go. We don't have time to waste. All of your gear is in the V2." Kidjays said and pointed to the hangar

"Let's go save Squid Girl..." Said Kidjays
