Yeonhae's Pov
It was already a day left before auditioning at Pledis Entertainment omg I am so nervous! But I have a feeling me and Jamie will do well since we have practiced so hard!
I went for school and just then, I received a text message from my mother.
From: Eomma
Neo jigeum eodiseo?
To: Eomma
I just reach hakgyo wae?
From: Eomma
Don't you have History today? Why is your History textbook on your study table? And I said not to go for the audition didn't I?
Oh gosh I totally forgotten about my History textbook! Oh great now Ms Do is going to be so mad! Ms Do is our class hot-tempered teacher. Never bring homework/textbook equals to detention. I immediately texted my mother.
To: Eomma
Being it to school now jebal. I don't want to get detention!
From: Eomma
Mwo? Detention? Arraseo, I'll bring over. Wait for 20 minutes.
20 minutes would be too late! Unless I pretend to have a stomach ache and go to the toilet! But I am unsure whether she will buy that or not! Anyways I'll have to try.
To: Eomma
Arraseo, 20 minutes it is. Wait for me at the Foyer. I'll go and get it.
With that and unluckily Ms Do came into class already. "I will start by collecting your homework from yesterday. If you never do or never bring, you are getting detention from me arrachi?" Said Ms Do and the class replied "Ne" in unison.
I was lucky that I manage to finish my homework. Although our class there is a few going to detention. "These people, detention after school at 3pm arraseo? Now take out your textbook. We will continue on the Goryeo History." Said Ms Do. This is it. I have to try.
I raised my hand while the other holding my stomach. "Yes Shin Yeonhae?" Ask Ms Do and I replied, "Seonsaeng-nim, may I be ughh excuse to the washroom?" She stared at me suspiciously and said, "Arraseo, hurry back."
I immediately walked slowly out of class. After a few steps, I look behind in case Ms Do was looking, I ran towards the foyer and saw my mother there. I took the textbook from her and said bye. "Wait, remember to come home early arraseo?" Ask mother and I nodded and left.
On the way to class, Ms Do went out of the classroom but she didn't see me since I was hiding behind a pillar. After she left, I ran back to class and safely sat on my seat. I then behind after I felt a tap on the shoulder and it was none other than Moon Hana.
"You didn't bring your textbook in the first place right?" She ask giving me a smirk and I smirk back at her without saying anything. She suddenly kicked my chair and I said, "Yah, if you already know, why bother asking again? Pabo."
Just as she was about to hit me, Ms Do came back to class with new set of notes. Ughh damn.
~ After School ~
"Yeonhae ah!"
I turn behind to see Jamie running towards me and she was panting. "Let's go and practice. Tomorrow is the day!" She said happily and I smiled back to her saying, "Kaja."
After hours of practicing, we were exhausted and it was already 5pm. I turn to Jamie and said, "Mian Jamie ah, I have to go now. Tomorrow see you at Pledis Entertainment." And I left for home.
~ Yeonhae's Home ~
"SHIN YEONHAE I TOLD YOU TO COME HONE EARLY DIDN'T I?" Shouted my mother. "Arraseo mianhae eomma. I'm tired now so let me rest!" I said back to her.
"YOU ARE SERIOUSLY HOPELESS SHIN YEONHAE! I WISH YOUR FATHER DIDN'T SPOILED YOU!" shouted my mother and ears were dripping because she mentioned my father. I miss him but he is no linger around...
"YOU ARE GROUNDED SHIN YEONHAE. NO GOING OUT FOR THE NEXT 3 WEEKS UNTIK YOU LEARN!" Screamed my mother and I just went back to my room and cried myself to sleep.
