After that horrendous class with my absolute favorite teacher, the remainder of the classes dragged on and on until finally it was time for my last class, technology with Ms. Jackson.
I sat next to a guy with brown hair sticking up a little, brown eyes, and glasses.
He turned to me and smiled widely, "Hey, I'm Brendon Urie."
I grinned back as we bumped fists, "I'm Kellin Quinn."
I'd be lying if I said that he wasn't adorable as hell.
With those pink, kissable looking, lips of his and that bit of eyeliner.
Plus, I was 90% sure he played for my team.
It wasn't until he smirked and said, "Take a picture, it lasts longer.", that I noticed I was staring.
I felt a blush creep it's way on to my face without being invited and that stupid stutter invade my words.
"I, uh, I-I was just-."
"Checking me out.", He finished for me.
Crap, he noticed.
I looked down at my keyboard as the fire in my cheeks intensified.
He chuckled, "Hey, it's fine. If it helps in any way, I was checking you out too."
I looked up and, sure enough, there was no mocking, evil glint in his eyes.
Nope, there was a smirk planted on his lips as he winked at me, and directed his attention to the front of the class as Ms. Jackson began speaking.
I followed suit, trying to hide the smile that had decided to call my face home.
The rest of the class passed by fairly quickly; Brendon had flirted with me the whole time so it was safe to say that
I am now 200% sure he's on my side of the fence.
We parted ways in the hallway, though I'm pretty sure he'd stopped and stared at my ass as I walked away because when I glanced back, he noticed and, to my great embarrassment, wolf-whistled.
The blush came back as I hurriedly made my way out of the building.
Well, I could get used to my days ending like this.

The moment I got home, I was jumped by Siren who drenched my face in her saliva.
I got her off me only to be bombarded with questions like, "Did you meet any cute guys?" and "Are you using protection? I'm still too young to be a grandmother." from my hyperactive mother.
To which I replied in the most serious voice.
"Uno, maybe. Dos: I may act like a girl, and I might even look a little feminine, that's besides the point, but trust me, I'm not. Plus, I don't think both science and society are ready for me to give you grandchildren either. "
She chucked a carrot at me.
Yes, a carrot.
"Uno: Who is he? What's his name? I need to meet my future son-in-law.
Dos: To hell what society says, they're all anti-Christ. And science, well, honey, there's nothing we can do there. As for your femininity, Kells, on Wednesdays you literally wear pink, last year you wanted blond highlights, remember that time you asked to borrow my black, strapless, dress? You wore Barbie Girl boxers up until freshmen year when you had to change in front of all the other boys in the locker room. I'm just saying, someone messed up when they glued male genitals to you, Hun."
I chased after her as she calmly walked to the kitchen.
"For your information, Mean Girls is a fantastic movie. And so what if I wanted blond highlights, they would've made my eyes pop. Also, you know that dress would've looked fabulous on me and I only stopped wearing those boxers, because they have been effectively replaced by Domo."
My mom glanced up at me as she continued to chop the carrots, "Because that makes you sound so manly."
I gasped and stomped up to my room, "I HOPE YOU KNOW YOU'RE NOT GETTING THAT CARROT BACK."
I heard her laugh before I shut my door.
Now, what to do with my carrot.
I think I'll name it,
I studied it for while, then taped a piece of blue construction paper to it, and named it Carry Ott, Super Secret Super Hero.
