A short story in which Korra and Asami travel to the south pole to well go to the south pole and Korra wants to purpose it's 2 years after the end of the series well that was an amazing pitch
The ship boomed as Asami stared into the vast ocean." Korra we're almost here I can see the south pole in the distance!" Asami yelled. Korra unfolded her legs and re-entered the physical world "We're here at the south pole already?" Korra asked. Asami frowned "Well I might have been exaggerating we'll be there in about an hour. Sorry I didn't mean to upset you." Korra " Don't beat yourself up about it Asami it was just you getting a little excited probably because we've been travelling so long. " She then sighed as she continued to meditate trying to enter the spirit world Asami smiled as she leaned against the edge of the ship's balcony before whispering under her breath "I love you."

Asami yawned and was about to shut her eyes before she saw the icy landscape of the south pole she ran over to Korra and shook her taking her out of the spirit world "we-we're here." Korra asked tiredly. Asami nodded enthusiastically "ooh I can't wait the south pole's so beautiful I love it when we come here" Asami squealed. Korra laughed "I love it to but not so much when I start a civil war." she joked. They then walked out of the boat on to the icy expanse of the south pole to be greeted by Korra's parents.

"Korra, Asami how are you two? it's been a while." Senna asked "We're fine." Korra answered with a wide grin on her face before clutching Asami's hand "Korra and Ms. Sato good to see that you're doing well" Tonraq said formally "Umm... dad are you okay." Korra asked scratching her head with her free hand "It's just your girlfriend she's a very successful businesswomen don't those in the industry like to be uptight." Tonraq replied " Oh well I didn't mean to intimidate you I'm sorry and you don't really don't have to act all formal just for me." Asami said embarrassed "Yeah dad You don't have to act like that" Korra laughed she looked at Asami then continued in a more serious yet still positive tone "think of Asami almost as, a-as your daughter.
