The door opened before Lena could knock on it, Michael looking at her with this sad smile that made her heart melt. "Aww, Michael," she came into the room, hugging him tightly with the door wide open. "Are you sure there's nothing I can do?"
"Really," he answered, sounding as resigned as he looked. She shook her head sadly, shutting the door and then taking his hand so they could go to the bed. With his crappy news, she didn't want to tell him the other reason she was coming over. "Can we just-"
"Cuddle?" She finished, smiling at him up and already making him feel better. "Couldn't think of a better way to end the day."
"Can we play twenty questions? Cause like, I feel like I know you, but also I don't. There's so much to know about you."
Michael's lightly red face made it even easier for Lena to swoon. "I go first." Michael nodded. "What was you're favorite subject in school?"
"Gonna have to go with English." Lena was sort of surprised, looking at him funnily.
"That's really interesting, I've always really loved history, like everything is amazing. I'm in awe of it all." Michael nodded in understanding before asking his own.
"If you could go back in time or travel to the future, what would you do?"
"Shit," Lena started a small smile filling her cheeks, "that's a good one, Michael." She contemplated a moment, looking around. "I feel like I'd go like 200 years to the future, so I wouldn't be there for a while."
