Ryan's POV
"Hey, um, I can try and get through the snow to get you to work. I don't want you to miss anything." Chris said when he came back in.
He was all jumpy and jittery. Something was definitely up with him. I shouldn't worry like I do about a man I've just met, but oh well.
"Yeah. That sounds good. Can I just use your bathroom?"
"Mhm. Upstairs, second to last door on the left."
"Okay. Thanks."
I went upstairs, heading straight for his bedroom. I gently pushed the door open and looked around. I felt bad, looking around his room like this, but I was concerned.
There was nothing out of the ordinary there. A phone charger, a tv, some speakers. It all seemed normal until my eyes rested in his bed.
There was blood everywhere.
Some looked older, but most seemed new.
I gasped, placing my hand over my mouth. There was a bloodied set of clothes on the floor, that looked like the ones Chris was wearing last night.
I heard a choked sound come from behind me. I spun around and Chris was standing there. He looked panicked.
"I-I can explain." I told him. "I worry a lot and I'm sorry. It's not my place but I like you and you seem really nice and I just wanted to make sure that you're okay."
"Um, it's fine." He said. "I'm fine."
"You're not fine, but I won't press." I said.
Chances are, I would never see him again, so there's no reason.
We went downstairs and he helped me through the snow and I to his car.
"When the snow lets up, I'll have my friend fix your car bring your car to your job."
"Okay. I work at the Starbucks in town." I told him.
"Alright. I'll get you over there."
"Thank you so much."
He smiled. "Yeah. Have a good day. My friend will bring your car here as soon as the snow stops."
"Okay. Again, thank you. It means a lot."
He nodded.
I got out of his car and walked inside. I watched him pull away and Ricky ran up to me. He hugged me tightly.
"Oh my fucking god, Ryan! I was so worried! You never called like you said you would and I got so scared!"
"Yeah. I'm sorry. My phone died and there was a house and the man who lived there was very nice. He helped me and let me stay, and was gonna have someone get my car, but it was snowing, so he brought me here."
"Thank God you're okay." He said.
I nodded, getting myself ready to work.
"Was he hot?" Ricky asked.
"What? Hell yeah." I told him. "Concerning, but hot as fuck."
"Concerning?"
"Yeah. Very jumpy and anxious. And when I fell asleep last night, his face was unmarked, but when I woke up, he was covered in cuts and bruises."
"Boyfriend or girlfriend maybe?"
"Nah. No one else was in the house." I said. "And, you know how I worry, so I checked his bedroom and there was blood everywhere. His bed was covered in it, and the clothes he was wearing last night were in a pile, covered in it."
"What the fuck? Maybe he's a serial killer?"
"I doubt it. You never know though. "
"Yeah true."
A customer walked in, coming up to the counter.
"Hi, how are you?" I asked.
"I'm good. How about you?" She said.
"Pretty good. What can I get for you?"
"Just an iced coffee." She said, smiling.
Ricky began to make her coffee while I took her money.
She took her drink and left.
"Well, the important part is that you're okay." Ricky said, hugging me.

Chris's POV
I sat on my couch, shaking. He was still so mad at me. And he's going to make me kill Ryan. I can't kill Ryan. Ryan doesn't deserve to die.
He can see through my eyes, and I hate it. Now he knows where Ryan works, and he knows what Ryan looks like. I can't stop it. It's not fair. I don't want to be like this.
There was pounding on my front door, and I rushed to open it. As soon as I did, he shoved me to the ground, slamming the door shut behind him.
He kicked me in the side, grabbing onto my hair. "He's gone?"
"Y-yes, master."
"Good. Follow me." He spoke coldly, before dropping me.
I went to stand up, but was pushed back down. I looked up at him, confused.
"Crawl." He ordered.
"Yes, master." I whispered.
I followed him into the living room. He sat on the couch and made me sit in front of him.
He pulled out a thick black cloth, and grabbed my hair, pulling me forward more. He tied it around my head, covering my eyes.
"You'll wear this until I take it off of you. You don't deserve to see."
I stayed still, not wanting to piss him off in any way. I didn't want to get hurt again.
He stroked my hair, seeming suddenly calm, which only made me more scared.
"If only you'd just behave like the others..." He spoke. "I want whiskey. Where is it?"
"I-I don't drink, master. I don't h-have any..." I told him, my voice trailing off at the end.
He growled under his breath, shoving me over. I hit my head on the coffee table, groaning.
"Go buy some."
"B-but master, I can't see..."
"I'll take it off of you for now, but when you come back. I'm putting it back on. Got it?"
"Yes, master. Thank you."
He untied the blindfold, kicking me forward. "Now go. And hurry the fuck up."
