-Zoe POV-
"Mind if I sit here? There's no other open spots." I hear monotone voice speak to who I'm guessing is me.I could tell that they really didn't care if I minded it or not, it pissed me off.
"Don't start a conversation if you're not going to be fully engaged in it." I reply bluntly and dryly taking a sip of my coffee that I had ordered.
I glared at him. He just stood there, staring at me and my appearance.
"Take a picture, it'll save the moment." I say to him in an annoyed voice, the scowl and disliking of this boy growing with every second. "Can I sit here or not?" He replied, completely ignoring my statement. "I don't give a shit what you do." I said back to him, he shrugged his shoulders and sat down in the chair next to me.
"Hey Zoe!" I hear a high-pitched voice squeal.
Didn't think I'd ever be glad to hear that voice..I thought to myself as I look up to see Lillian giving her a nice smile.
-Asher POV-
This girl really had an attitude. I was trying to ask if I could sit down, and she completely flipped. At least I got the seat.
"Hey Zoe!" I hear a high-pitched voice call out in the Starbucks.
The girl that shouted was looking at the seat next to me, a.k.a where the black-haired girl was sitting. Were they friends?
The girl standing in front of us had light blonde hair and light blue eyes. Her style made her seem like the stereotypical girly girl, which was basically the opposite of the black-haired purple streaked girl next to me.
I look at the girl next to me, which must be named Zoe, and see she is smiling.
Wow. I think. When she smiles she looks so much friendlier. Almost—
"Who are you?" The girl asks, pointing at me.
"Oh, me? I'm Asher..." I say, and Lillian looks from me to Zoe.
"Hmm..." She mumbles, and then looks at me.
"Are you a friend of Zoe's?" She asks, and I shake my head.
"No. I'm just here because this is the only table left. Although, I think I should've just took it to-go." I say, and Zoe glares at me.
"Do you have a problem?" She asks, her voice deadly calm.
"Zoe—" The girl starts, but Zoe puts her hand up.
"I need to set this guy straight, Lillian." She says, and then turns to face me again.
"If you have a problem, then you can leave." Zoe says, and I shrug.
"I think you are the one that has a problem with me." I say, and Zoe turns away and looks at her friend.
"I think we should leave Lillian." She says, and Lillian opens her mouth to protest.
"But I haven't ordered yet..." She says, pouting a little, and Zoe points to the counter.
"Go get your order to-go." She says, and glances at me one more time, scowling as she followed her friend.
Rolling my eyes I turn back to the coffee I had ordered and took a sip of it.
-Zoe POV-
I watch as the bastard rolls his eyes.I really wanted to give that guy a good beating but that wouldn't go down well. Obviously with all of these people here it would cause me to be the center of attention, which I don't like at all.
When Lillian is done ordering, we walk out the door, but not before I sneakily raise my middle finger up. I want to make sure that jerk gets a taste of what the ultimate Zoe can do.
Sorry, that was little cocky.
We walk out of the mall, not before doing some window shopping. I look back at the Starbucks and see that the guy is still at his table, slowly sipping his drink. Stupid donkey.
When we are out of the mall, I start the car and we drive back to my house.
