Two Packs In One

Before I start this chapter I just wanted to say something. A great author once said, "This inhuman place makes human monsters." I just wanted to say that nothing is as it seems. What you think is a monster could actually be a hero. Never judge before you discover. We as humans are the monsters. We pillage and destroy because we think something is a threat when in reality, we are the threat. We're monsters. We are what we fear. There is darkness inside of us and we just can't see it. So be careful in the world my loves.

Lauren's P.O.V.

I couldn't believe I found my mate. Or the fact that she was my student. By the looks of her transcripts she was 18 so I wasn't mated to a minor. I was 22 at the time. Yeah I know. Pretty young for a teacher. I graduated high school when I was 16 and graduated college at 19.

"I want her. I want her now Lauren." My wolf Apollo said.

"Be patient Apollo. We are trespassing on another packs territory. We'll talk to Camila. Then if she allows us, we'll mark her. I want her to be mine just as much as you do." I told her.

"Ugh. Fine. I find it stupid that we had to find our mate like this. And she's an alpha as well. That's an issue Lauren."

"I know Apollo. But the moon goddess did this for a reason. We have a really hot mate though." I thought with a smirk. The thought of this made Apollo purr. All of a sudden I smelt strawberries and knew exactly who it was.

"Mate." Apollo purred. Camila walked through the door.

"Hello, Ms. Jauregui." She said with a smirk.

"Hello, Camila. Please call me Lauren. After all we are mates." That made her blush. She looked cute blushing. Apollo started trying to present herself to Camila. By the looks of it Camila was having the same issue with her wolf.

"Not now Apollo. It's not the right time or place." That seemed to have calmed her down for the time being.

"Well, Lauren, you and I have somethings to talk about." I hummed.

"That we do Camz." She looked at me confused for a second but then smiled.

"Camz? I like that." She giggled. God she was so cute.

"So where should we meet? My house or yours?" I asked.

"Mine since my pack has had control over this land for a little over a century." She stated with a stern voice. Ooh, tough Camz is hot Camz.

"Okay my pack and I will be there at 5. Before you leave remember if anyone tries to take you from me I will have them killed." I growled. She purred.

"Yes my Luna. The same goes for you my love. Now I must go before I do something I might regret. I need to talk to my packs sorceress and guardian Ally. Plus she's my math teacher and I have no idea what I'm supposed to do because I was too busy thinking about you." She said while blushing. She walked out and went home. God she was beautiful.

"She's so perfect Lauren. I feel like the moon goddess hates us. We can't show off our mate whenever we want. We have to hide our love for her. It pains me. I can't do that. I want everyone to know she's mine. That she's ours." My wolf whimpered.

"I know. I feel the same way. But we can't do anything about that. Let's just hope no one gets in our way for now. Once our mate graduates from high school we can show her off and make sure everyone knows she is ours." I told her.

"Actually there is something we can do about it. We can quit. Get a job as a tutor or a college professor. Something. I want to be able to show her affection whenever I want." I was shocked by her statement. Quit? I couldn't. I love this job already. It would pain me to see my mate get hit on by these horrid humans.

"We'll talk about this later." I said.

"But-"

"LATER!" I growled and my wolf whimpered.

At the end of the day I packed up all of my things and drove to the pack house.

"Pack meeting. NOW!" I said in the link. Everyone filled outside where I was.

"We have come on to another packs territory. They have agreed to talk with us about this situation. If anyone of you disrespects or looks down on the alpha I will lock you up during the next full moon." I told everyone. My beta Normani stepped forward.

"Why? Why is this other alpha so important to you?" I looked at her with no emotion on my face.

"Because Mani... She's my mate." I told her in the Alpha/Beta link. She had a look of shock on her face. Then she smirked. I love this girl but oh my God she can be so annoying with her little facial expressions. It could be funny at times though. My best friend could be a little... Let's say... Slow.
