The Jauregui Pack had just finished packing all of their stuff. Lauren had to go back to work. She didn't know when Camila was going to take the test. So she didn't know whether or not expect her in class. Normani and Dinah had exchanged numbers at the dinner and were texting nonstop. Both alphas were happy for their best friend and betas. Although Camila was getting quite annoyed with the fact that every time she tried to talk to Dinah she would have a one-sided conversation.

Dinah was a little too obsessed with Normani. Lauren on the other hand loved the way her best friend talk about her conversations with her mate. The fact that Normani was finally truly happy had made her extremely grateful for Dinah. What she wasn't grateful for were the late night calls. For the past two nights Normani had been keeping Lauren up. They had the video chat the night after diner and the night after they had completed their packing. The alphas may have been annoyed but they decided to suck it up.

Camila was slightly nervous about having Lauren's pack join hers. It's not that she didn't like them. It was just the fact that she would eventually have to mark Lauren. Along with marking comes mating. Camila wasn't necessarily ready for that. She was scared. Terrified even. Camila didn't want to messing anything up. She wanted everything to be special for their process. Lauren was special. Mates will do anything and everything for each other and Camila planned on proving that she could be the best mate ever.

Camila's P.O.V.

It was finally time to go back to school. The pack and I didn't go the day before because we were setting up the rooms. We labeled all of the doors with the names of Lauren's pack members. There was one room left untouched. It was a room for Lauren in case she was uncomfortable sharing a room with me. I was extremely nervous. Dinah and I drove to school in my truck. I forced Dinah to drive because I was lazy. Duh. I didn't bring my backpack because I planned on taking the test. I kept think about what Lauren and I would do if I failed.

"Yo Walz. Calm down. I can smell your anxiety." Dinah said in our link. She was already in class and I was in the principals office.

"I'm trying China. It's not that easy. Your mates not your teacher! You can date her and not have to worry about getting caught. I don't have that luxury."

"Look Chancho. Everything is going to be fine. You're extremely smart. You can do this. Even if you do fail Lauren said she would quit. She will do anything for you just like you would for her. You have nothing to be worrying about." This is why I love Dinah. She's caring and outgoing as a best friend when she's not obsessing over Normani or Beyonce.

"Okay. Thanks Cheechee." The principal then handed me my test and told he to begin.

Time lapse.

I finished the test and had no idea how I did. Mr. Mason, the principal, told me to check back in at the end of the day and he will tell be whether I passed or not. I was sitting in Ally's empty class room talking to her.

"I'm scared Ally. What if I failed?"

"Mila. I know you. You did perfect. Stop stressing about failing a test and start thinking about how wonderful life will be once you and Lauren are together." I was about to say something when Ally's boyfriend Troy walked in. You see, Troy's a warlock. He saved Ally about 39 years ago when she first started training to become a sorceress. Ally was about 23 when her best friend at the time was bitten by a vampire. She was unable to defend herself and started studying the supernatural. She then came across a note in one of the books. Ally found a teacher and it went on from there.

"Hey what's going on in here?" Troy asked.

"Nothing. Camila's just scared that she didn't pass her exit test." Ally answered. Troy looked shocked. He then turned to me.

"Really?"

"Yeah... If I fail then it'll be harder for Lauren and I to be together." I said while looking down, playing with my fingers.

"Camila. You are that smartest person I've met, and I know Ally." He laughed. Ally hit his arm then he continued. "There is no doubt in my mind that you passed. Just think of the positives, not the negatives." I nodded. I bid them goodbye and left.

I was walking through the halls when a girl name Sarah stepped in front of me. She didn't say anything. She just stood there. It was weird and kinda creepy.

"Um... Hi?" I said and waved awkwardly.

"Hi! You're Camila." I nodded slowly. "Well I'm Sarah." I nodded again.

"I kind of already know that..." I said awkwardly. She giggled. It was kind of annoying. I had to fight the urge to cringe. She stepped closer and ran her hand down my arm. I looked at her and growled lowly. It took her by surprise. My wolf didn't like anyone touching me other than my mate. Sarah shook her head and recomposed herself.

"Are you okay? Are you hungry? It sounds like it." She giggled again. Ugh so annoying.

"I'm fine but I need to go." I said while trying to walk past her. She stepped in front of me again.

"Um, before you go I want to ask you something. Will you go to lunch with me sometime? Like a date?" She asked with so much hope in her eyes. I shook my head.

"Sorry. I'm already in a relationship." With that said, I walked away. Thank goodness it was lunch time. I walked to Lauren's classroom.

"Hey..." I said. She turned and smiled.

"Hey Camz. How are you?" She was still smiling until she inhaled. Her eyes darkened and she growled. "Who were you with?" I gulped. I closed and locked the door then sat down at her desk.

"Okay I know what you're thinking but that didn't happen. It was just a human trying to ask me out." I said nervously. She nodded.

"What did you tell her?"

" I told that I was already in a relationship. I would never do that to you Lauren. Our packs are a family now." I said while getting up then sat in her lap. She sighed.

"Okay good." She smiled. "I love you." I smiled too.

"I love you." I leaned in a kissed her.

"Forever." She started.

"And always."
