Believe it or not, there was once a time when Vladislav Namestnikov of the Tampa Bay Lightning used to stop for fans. He loved to stop and sign and take pictures with all of his fans, from the crazy blushing fangirls to the chill nice fanboys.
But that all changed during the Fall of 2017, when a psychopathic fangirl decided to ruin the fun and scare him to the point of hiding...

So, I'm back with a new diary entry story. This one is short and freaks me out, recalling it. I'm so thankful to have such good, strong friends to help me out of danger. And yes, I know my devilishly handsome good looks are the cause of many of my damsel moments, but can you people seriously leave me alone?!
I don't wanna have to have Heddy with me every damn moment of my life! I never asked for this life or these looks, and I just wanna live my life without having to worry about my safety stepping out of my house each day.
And yet, each day, I am cautious and always watching my back.
It all began when I woke up this morning!
8:00am EST
I blink awake, ready for the day, finding myself in my bed with my golden retriever puppy, Artemi. I smile sweetly and sit up, causing Artemi to perk up. "Good morning, Artemi! Think I'll score a goal or two tonight in the game?"
Artemi cocks his head to one side and then yawns with a whine.
"You're right! I should just let things be! Well, time for the breakfast of champions for this guy -- and for you two, buddy!"
I jump from the blankets and the bed to the carpet and then fast walk to the door of my room. As I reach out and touch the doorknob, my cell phone vibrates on the bedside table. I freeze and whirl around.
Who's calling me?
I shrug and walk back to the table and snatch up my phone. I glimpse the caller ID that says: 'Unknown Caller', so I sigh, roll my eyes and return to the door. I exit the room with Artemi at my heels and enter the kitchen, when my phone vibrates again with a new voicemail message.
From the number.
Curious now, I unlock my phone and play the voicemail, my heart beginning to beat in my chest and a shiver racing down my spine.
A monotonic female whispers into my ear, "I see you, Vladdy. I'm watching you. I love you so much. Bye."
I swallow hard and slowly lower the phone from my ear. I look around me, seeing all the blinds in my house drawn shut.
Artemi suddenly nudges my leg and I jump in fright, my heart skipping a beat. "Artemi, dammit!" I struggle to control my rapidly beating heart and stare at my phone. Should I call someone? Maybe Kuch or Stammer?
But before I can decide what to do, I receive a text message from the number. I snatch the phone back up and open the text message up. I instantly see that it has a picture of me sleeping in my bed and a message that reads: "Hi there cutie. You need someone to sleep with?"
I almost drop the phone and I rapidly decide to contact Kuch. It could be a prank from my teammates or real, but either way I am scared silly. Not even Alex Killorn would dare prank me like this!
I hear the phone ring twice, before Kuch's voice greets me in Russian. "KUCH! KUCH! HELP ME!!" I frantically shout into the speaker. "I think someone's... watching me...please come over to my place ASAP!"
