So, Weber hurts Vladdy and it's obviously dirty, but hey it's Vladdy Namestnikov whoever the fuck that is, so no call. Then to rub salt on the wound my least favorite person scores after him. (Actually...this didn't happen...I twisted someone's report at the time, cause I was fucking pissed)

Go ahead, Montreal, bury yourselves deeper into the hate list!!

I was legit so close to grabbing the keys and booking it downtown at night! Don't test me!

Look, I get it, injuries and hits are apart of the sport of Hockey (or any sport in general), and to be honest I'd be fine if the hit was clean and he (you know who I am talking about) just happened to get hurt as a result. But that's NOT the case.

Hits and injuries ARE a part of hockey, but can you tell me seriously that what Shea Weber, Tanner Glass and Adam McQuaid did is a part of hockey?

No, it isn't.

It's cheap and stupid and NOT hockey. And it needs to go away.

On top of this, Brayden most likely got purposefully hit with a "clearing attempt" from Nathan Beaulieu. He went to the bench and his arm/hand was numb. Meanwhile, looking at the video footage, it looks hella intentional. 

So you hurt my Top 2 players and then attempt to go after my third, yeah nice plan there. Luckily Kuch isn't what you thought and Brayden's tough. And you'd BETTER watch out when Vladdy returns, cause he'll light you assholes up for FOUR goals! Feeling smart, Montreal? 

Congrats you've pissed off Vladdy Namestnikov and the Lightning. 

Had it been like Alexei Emelin on Nikita Kucherov it woulda been a penalty + a misconduct + a suspension. But it's superstar Weber and nobody Vladdy... 😔

I bet if that'd been Sid, Weber woulda been tossed and handed 15 games.

And this is just what irks me...

See if the hit had been clean and solid but Vladdy still got hurt, I'd be sad he's hurt but I wouldn't be ranting but that IS hockey. But the fact that Weber charges Vladdy and seemingly "boards" him (I can't watch the original speed video cause it's awful)...and on top of that there were NO calls. It's like the damn Preds-Bolts game all over again!!

No penalty called, no game misconduct, no suspension and a player - a nobody versatile young good player - is injured.

But who cares right? Just most Bolts fans and Vladdy fans, eh? Not like Vladdy is well known and cared about like Sid or Weber.

And when people tell me that's "hockey", I'm like no, it's not.

But there's no hearing and no suspension and I just wanna slap Buttman and his stupid "Player Safety" minions in the damn face!
