this is an extremely old character I made, his name is Flicker. Yes, that's a dumb name but who cares. He's this weird creature I made that are super rare, and they're only men. They're like shadows??? But not because they're an actual matter. This creature can absorb a male animal's shadow, and once the shadow is absorbed, they can turn into that animal. But the only way you can tell if it's one of them is by gaining it's trust and loyalty, and its cover will disappear only for that person. They can't hide from them afterwards, and they usually travel in their trusted one's shadow so they can be there to protect them at all times. They also gain love interest for the person they trust the most, wether they be a boy or girl. So ye, there you have it.
Oop also the human form can look however you'd like, but the creature has to have black fur and the skull(not the jaw) has to be bone. The eyes can be whatever color you choose.
There's a super duper extra rare one where it has black bones as well as black fur.
